Almost everything we do can be sponsored. We ll work with you to customize a sponsorship that fits your interest and budget. Events and dates are subject to change as not all events are listed and new ones may be added. Sponsors from 2013 are given first right of refusal. If the sponsorship is declined, it is then open to the business that submits the sponsorship contract to the HBASE first. If multiple members are interested in sponsoring a event, the member with the highest bid will receive the sponsorship. All sponsors/ advertisers must be current members of the HBASE. The HBASE reserves the right for final placement of all sponsorship/advertising within the event or publication. For the major events, competing businesses can not sponsor at the same level.
