We are offering limited spots for sponsored content that aligns to the themes listed in the editorial calendar. Only one sponsored content article per issue, so act fast. Content specifications: Editorial piece should be between 800-1,600 words, aligning with the editorial theme, and must be submitted no later than 3 weeks prior to ad copy due date. All content can be edited for tone, clarity, or length based on the editor s discretion. After editing, the advertiser will be provided a proof and have two days to make any further corrections. If any images accompany the submission, they must be print-ready. Rate: $4,000 Special Advertising Ad Inserts We can accommodate special requests for inserts (tips, belly bands, dot whack, post-it notes, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. Advertisers pay production costs plus an advertising rate to be determined based on the type of insert. There is a one month lead-time on inserts from the ad copy due date. OfficePro Express is usually published on the second and fourth Thursday of the month and sent to a mailing list of over 17,000 IAAP members & nonmembers. The e-newsletter, which has a 26 percent average open rate, contains information important to the profession. This website is chock full of useful news and information that appeals to members and nonmembers alike. Any submission will be a permanent fixture on the website, complete with relevant tags that make finding it convenient.
