2 ABOUT ReTHINK ENERGY FLORIDA ReThink Energy Florida is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to engaging and educating the public on energy issues. This includes the use of fossil fuels and the need for renewable energy and diminished energy consumption. Our mission is to engage, educate, and empower citizens to take action and achieve energy independence in a healthier, more sustainable environment. ReThink Energy Florida is dedicated to promoting awareness of the dangers of fossil fuels and the renewable options for energy.

3 WHAT WE DO ReThink Energy Florida provides many workshops and also offers additional research and internship opportunities. Our programs include Energy Camp, The Annual Science Festival, Regional Energy Whiz, solar charger and oven workshops, adult and children outreach, citizenship lobbying, and effective letter writing campaigns. In addition, we offer educational forums on many topics including Fracking in Florida, Addressing Climate Change Deniers, Economic Implications of Climate Change and Renewable Energy, and Transitioning your community off Fossil Fuels. About the Environmental Service Program We are the Environmental Service Program at FSU. ESP is a student-run organization which aims to engage students and community members with the environment around them through education, service, and advocacy. We focus our activities on the Red Hills bio-region surrounding Tallahassee, conducting educational service field trips and hosting speakers on pertinent environmental topics, encouraging sustainable lifestyles that connect humans with the environment.
