The various packages available are detailed in the information accompanying this document, along with a brief description for each item. 2 Enclosure 1 IAA Commercial Vehicles 2014: Sponsoring Packages The IAA Commercial Vehicles is the world s most comprehensive show for the whole industry, which makes it the international platform for all those who develop, manufacture or use commercial vehicles. Around 1,900 exhibitors will attend the IAA, more than 50% from abroad, coming from about 45 countries. The trade fair draws a quarter of a million visitors, 87% of them are professional visitors. With the slogan Driving the future, the IAA will take place from September 25 th to October 2 nd in Hanover, preceded by two press days. At the IAA Commercial Vehicles the following sponsoring packages are available to the exhibitors and to third parties (Please note: All prices quoted are before tax; partial sponsoring packages can be discussed): 1. Press information brochure 1: advertisement on the back cover A whole-page advertisement designed by the sponsor on the back cover of the press brochure gives you access to all journalists accredited for the IAA. - target group: journalists/press representatives (worldwide) - scope/number of copies: ca. 3,000 (1,500 printed copies) - duration of activity: August/September dimensions: 14.5 cm wide, 20.8 cm high, four-color printing (will be also published as PDF) - lowest bid: 6, Distributing bags/trolleys or giveaways to journalists The bags or giveaways are handed out to the accredited journalists on the IAA site by staff of the sponsor in the area of the accreditation points. The trolleys/giveaways can be designed by the sponsor; the official Key Visual of the IAA 2014 has to be considered in an adequate way. The sponsor is responsible for production, delivery, storage and for removing any excess items. - target group: journalists/press representatives - scope/number of copies: approx. 2,000 - duration of activity: September 23 till October 2, lowest bid: 5, PCs and printers for press accreditation and journalists center Sponsoring hardware and software for the journalists center and the press accreditation (PCs, laser and network printers as well as network-compatible copying machine). The sponsor receives the following benefits: company logo and notice of sponsorship in the official IAA Catalog (7,000 copies), in the press information brochure (3,000, 1,500 printed copies), and on the IAA website. Furthermore, branded screen savers can be installed on the PCs and, following agreement with the organizer, a banner can be put up in the press center (does not apply to partial package press accreditation). Bids for partial sponsoring packages (see below) are also possible.

W-LAN throughout the fairgrounds Throughout the whole fairgrounds journalists (cost-free), visitors and exhibitors will be able to log into the publicly accessible W-LAN. Visitors and exhibitors can buy a voucher on the cash desks, in the ticket shop, at the information points or in the IC for a low price of one Euro only. The sponsor will appear as official sponsor of this service in the logon screen of the W-LAN-network with his branding/logo and a link to his website. He can reach all IAAvisitors which use the network on the fairgrounds. It is also possible to provide the sponsor s website cost-free resp. without restricting the access to the website. - target group: every W-LAN-user on the fairgrounds incl. trade visitors and general public from abroad, domestic visitors, journalists/press representatives - scope/number of copies: ca. 80% of all visitors (there are no comparative figures for the prior IAA) - duration of activity: September 23 to October 2, lowest bid: 10, Information sheet at the press conferences Current details of the exhibitors press conferences are shown (with time and venue) on a colored A4 sheet drawn up by the organizer for distribution in the press center and at the accreditation points. The sponsor can add a logo/short text measuring max. 190 mm (width) x 60 mm (height). - target group: journalists/press representatives - scope/number of copies: ca. 2,000 - duration of activity: September, 23 rd & 24 th lowest bid: 1, Evening of the Commercial Vehicle Industry (Münchner Halle/Munich Hall) The sponsor will appear as the official Sponsor with its company logo on the menu. Furthermore, he has the opportunity to display some printed information at the way out, to build up a small information booth or to dispense a present for the guests, and may invite 10 persons to attend the event free of charge. Alternatively, partial sponsoring packages or non-cash benefits can be discussed.

4 - target group: representatives from politics and business, exhibitors representatives, journalists - number of participants: ca. 1,200 - duration of activity: October 1 st, lowest bid: 10, Handing out items at the entrances Distribution of brochures, giveaways, coffee, drinks etc. with the sponsor s branding in all the entrance areas (exclusive distribution except for specialist press stands, flyers, trade show newspaper and maybe daily newspapers). A bid for the whole duration will be favored and guarantees exclusive distribution during the whole exhibition. - target group: trade visitors and general public from abroad, domestic visitors, journalists/press representatives, exhibitors, stand personnel - scope: ca. 300,000 (visitors, journalists, exhibitors, personnel) - duration of activity: September 25 th to October 2 nd, lowest bid for 1 day: 4, lowest bid for the whole duration: 36,000.- Berlin, /Zi/JH
