The exhibit hall SOLD OUT and 90% of surveyed sponsors reported that they found value in the event and would definitely return in future years. Sponsorship provides access to all educational sessions as well as access to all conference events, entertainment and hospitality suites. All foot traffic is routed through the exhibit hall. Exhibit hall is opened all day Friday, April 5 and the morning of Saturday, April 6. Booth assignments will not be provided until approximately 1 week prior to the event. $700 price includes admission for up to 5 company representatives Program Book Advertisement The program book is printed in full color and given to all attendees, speakers and special guests and is made available online. All ad copy must be received electronically in either pdf or jpg format no later than Monday, March 18. Unfortunately due to tight printing deadlines, no art work can be accepted after this date. Full Page - 8 x 10 Half Page - 8 x 5 Full Page - $500 Half Page - $300 Hospitality Suite Entitles sponsor to listing in program book and 1 piece of signage with logo. AVAILABILITY OF HOSPITALITY SUITES IS LIMITED and due to Seven Springs policy, requests for specific suites cannot be guaranteed. Hospitality Suites cannot be reserved online. Hospitality sponsor must pay for the room, beverage and food. Hospitality sponsors should note that there is headlining entertainment on Saturday, April 6 until 9:00p.m. All logos must be received electronically in either pdf or jpg format no later than Monday, March 18.
