Ticketing platform Use our ticketing platform to offer visitors a user-friendly way to purchase tickets online. This professional platform may be accessed via a direct link from the online MECC Maastricht calendar, for example. Event registration Our registration system is perfect for organisers interested in more information on visitors. You determine which questions are included in the online forms. The responses offer valuable information. The system automatically generates admission vouchers and badges. You can take advantage of these before the event to attract visitors. During your event, you can use them to keep visitors as well-informed as possible. INDOOR Posters Maastricht Passage In order to get from the multi-storey car park to the main entrance, all visitors must walk through the Maastricht Passage. Measuring 60 metres in length, this corridor offers the possibility to hang several A0-size posters. Posters toilets west-entrance Posters that can be hung up in the toilets are a sure-fire way to grab visitors attention. These may be hung on the inside of the stall doors as well as on the walls behind the urinals.

7 7 mecc.nl/en/marketing-services Welcome banners There are possibilities for hanging a welcome message above the door to the main entrance hall (indoors) and above the Forum entrance (outdoor). This is the ideal landmark for every visitor. Advertising banners - main entrance These banners are a fantastic eyecatcher at the main entrance of our building. Each year, 500,000 people pass through here. It is the perfect location if you want the announcement of your event to be seen. Stickers We offer you the option of applying stickers at various locations, such as windows, doors, stairs and escalators, the registration desk, floors, planters/ flower boxes and pillars. Promo items You can be sure you will grab visitors attention at the busy main entrance with a roll-up banner, for example, or promotional car, advertising column or other eye-catching object. Video screens You can use the video screens placed at strategic locations at MECC Maastricht to display your message. This may be your event schedule, but also other information or a welcome message.

This is a highly visible, professional way to attract people s attention to your company or event. Stickers at entrance Be sure to get noticed with extra large stickers on the doors and planters at both entrances. Info at car park We can also promote the name and date of your event at our multi-storey car park. This will guarantee exposure to the hundreds of thousands of visitors who come to the venue each year. Promo items Would you like to tell people about your event? Arrange for a promo item at the car park or near the entrances and you are guaranteed to get noticed. This may be a (promotional) car but also an advertising column, roll-up banner or other eye-catching object.
