A table will be provided to display promotional items. Table placement in the conference space will vary depending on level. Any display and handout materials used by the sponsor must be placed on or behind the 6-ft. display table, and must fit the dimensions of the table; no exceptions. Complimentary Registration Each sponsor or exhibitor will receive complimentary registration(s) depending on level. Please see detailed descriptions below for more information.

Additional signage may be included based on support level. 4 Exhibitor Only (Limited based on Space Availability) Price: $1,500 Includes all general sponsorship benefits, as well as the following: Access to the attendee list after the conference. One Complimentary registration Placement of company logo on all conference materials with recognition as Exhibitor. Opportunity to provide marketing material to all attendees in registration tote bags. General Display Table Information Booth space will be offered first to sponsors and then assigned in the order received. Space will not be secured until payment is received. Display hours: Monday 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Tuesday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All display tables will include a skirted 6 foot tabletop display. Chairs, electrical connections and additional AV requests can be made. Fees may apply for rental. Nothing may be taped, tacked, nailed, or in any way affixed to an interior or exterior surface of the exhibit area or other conference center area. Canvassing outside of your booth space or in other conference center areas is prohibited. Catalogs, invitations, folders, flyers, and signs may be displayed and must be related strictly to the approved products or services on display. Exhibitor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Additional information on logos, shipping and set up / breakdown times may be shared prior to the conference.

5 PAGE Texas Total Rewards Conference August 5-6, 2019 Hotel Contessa San Antonio Sponsorship and Exhibitor Agreement The following describes the agreement between TX Total Rewards Conference (TTRC) and Sponsor/Exhibitor: Company Name: - TTRC will provide Sponsor complimentary conference registrations commensurate with support level. TTRC is not responsible for any travel and lodging expenses of conference attendees. - Sponsor will be acknowledged in conference promotions, signage and registration materials, during the program, and in regularly scheduled communications prior to the conference. -TTRC will provide Sponsor one draped 6' table in the TTRC Resource Center for distribution of marketing and educational materials. Any display used by Sponsor must be placed on top of the 6 display table, and fit the dimensions of the table. The Resource Center will be set up in the Conference Registration & Break area. -TTRC will provide Sponsor 1 entry of ad space in Conference App. -TTRC will provide Sponsor conference attendee registration lists in Excel format. Sponsor agrees to not disclose attendee registration lists to outside parties. Sponsor agrees not to extend invitations or call meetings that would encourage absence during the posted hours of the conference. Timing will depend on support level. -TTRC will not incur additional expenses associated with this sponsorship except those required for the promotion and staging of the event. -TTRC does not assume any responsibility for the protection and safety of sponsor displays, or the protection of property used in connection with the display from theft or damage by any cause.

6 PAGE 2 -In the event of cancellation due to circumstances within its control, the liability of TTRC shall be limited to a refund of your sponsorship fee. In the event of cancellation by sponsor, no refunds will be given unless written notification is provided to TTRC 90 days prior to the conference. -Sponsor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TTRC from and against all claims, actions, causes of action, or liabilities, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of or resulting from any act undertaken or committed by Sponsor pursuant to the performance of its obligations under this agreement. -Sponsor agrees to pay TTRC the full amount of the sponsorship fee on or before July 1, This shall constitute the entire agreement, and Sponsor agrees to abide and conform to these terms.
