2 ELECTRONIC ADVERTISING MOBILE APP SPLASH SCREEN 25,000 Your advertisement appears on the splash screen of the Annual Meeting mobile app. Every time the mobile app launches your message appears for three seconds on the splash screen. This is a sole sponsorship opportunity to connect with attendees. The splash screen will link to your designated URL or ebooth profile. Advertiser should submit scalable high-res or vector graphic PNG or JPG Format (without transparency) No interlaced images. Your ad will show at the bottom of the slide-out menu and the default home icon (exhibitor listing). It will be on screen for four seconds and will link to your designated URL or ebooth profile. Maximum of eight advertisements will rotate on screen. Different ads can be submitted for specific time periods. Limited to eight advertisers. Viewed thousands of times* by meeting attendees the Annual Meeting homepage is a perfect venue to build attendee anticipation to visit your booth and raise your profile. Each banner ad will link to a designated URL. Ad will run on website from May 7 to September 30, LEADERBOARD Two advertising positions available: Leaderboard (top of home page): 15,000 Integrated content ad (placed in the middle of the home page within content): 10,000 *In 2017 the website received 77,500+ page views from June 1 to October 30. 4 ELECTRONIC ADVERTISING DIGITAL DISPLAY NETWORK 5,000 per advertisement Capture attendees' attention with your eye-catching graphics displayed on the NASS digital display network. The network of five, 80", high-resolution vertical displays will promote your product or direct attendees to your booth. Displays will be strategically located in high traffic areas of the South Lobby of the LACC and near session rooms. Your eight-second ad will rotate in a four-minute loop at minimum 150 times per day. These communications are sent to more than 35,000 spine care professionals leading up to and during the Annual Meeting. An epreview is sent in June, July and August promoting the meeting and one edaily is sent Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of the meeting highlighting the day s events. Each banner ad will link to a designated URL. 6 SIGNAGE AND CLINGS ATTENDEE LOUNGE COLUMN FRAMES 50,000 6,500 New opportunity for this year's Annual Meeting. Located in the South Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) near attendee registration, the Lounge is located in a high-traffic, high-visibility area. The Lounge offers attendees a great place to gather their materials, have a quick meeting, relax in between sessions or meet for a drink after sessions. There also will be a social hour on Wedneday after sessions conclude in this area. As the exclusive advertiser for the Lounge, the exhibitor will have panels throughout the tastefully appointed Lounge dedicated to their advertising message or logo. Column frames are a unique and eye-catching way to convey your message. With four sides available to work with, you will capture your audience's attention coming and going. Encompassing three sets of stairs stretching over 19 feet wide and 28 steps high, your advertisement will be visible to attendees as they enter the LACC South Lobby, traverse the lobby and go to the Technical Exhibition. The vertical parts (riser) of each stair can have a slim banner (6 ¼" H) attached, creating a larger image, 19' 1", spread up across the 28 steps of the staircase. Three 5' W x 10' H wall clings are available to place your ad near these serving stations. These serving stations are situated directly outside of the general session room on the Concourse Corridor.
