Our mission: To provide safe, affordable housing and social services to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, enabling them to gain self-sufficiency and respect. Be a part of the solution to end childhood homelessness!

Each year, Families in Transition (FIT) provides a home and social services to more than 600+ individuals, half of whom are children.

We ll bring the delicious food, drinks and music. You just need to bring your friends to show them a good time for a great cause!
