For an additional $75, weʼll include your flyers, other promotional materials or small gifts in the 500 gift bags. For $25, receive a listing and link to your site, and for $50, receive your logo, listing and link to your site. Ceiling Banner Advertising On the day of the show, ensure your brand is top of mind by taking advantage of placing a ceiling banner. 11 Booth Spaces Available at The Stork & Stroller Show Our Standard booth offerings are as follows: Regular 5ʻx10ʻ (*these are very limited, must book immediately) Regular 10ʻx10ʻ Regular 10ʻx20ʻ Corner 10ʻx10ʼ Corner 10ʻx20ʼ All booths rentals include: - free WiFi from Bingemanʼs - full fabric draping - one 8ʼ skirted table and one chair - two exhibitor passes - a listing as an exhibitor on the show website - 2 complimentary tickets to the show to be given to clients We offer booths from size 5ʻx10ʼ to however large you need. Please inquire if you are interested in a custom booth and we will be delighted to serve your needs. Early bird special: Book before June 1st, 2015 and SAVE! Extras: - electricity for your booth can be ordered as an extra on our application - additional tables, chairs and other items may be ordered from Bingemans separately - you are responsible for obtaining your own insurance for your booth for the day of the Show exhibitor kit page 11

12 Booth Spaces Available at The Stork & Stroller Show Local Handmade Section there will be a small selection of 8ft tables available for rent for local handmade businesses. To qualify for this area you MUST: - operate your business within the Tri-Cities and Guelph areas - sell only handmade by you items - must not directly compete with any current booked vendors or those that acquire a 5ʻx10ʼ or larger booth All table rentals include: - free WiFi from Bingemanʼs - one 8ʼ skirted table and one chair - one exhibitor pass - a listing as an exhibitor on the show website We only have a limited amount of availability in this section, so tables will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis. Extras: - electricity for your booth can be ordered as an extra on our application - you are responsible for obtaining your own insurance for your booth for the day of the Show - no additional tables or floor racks or may be used in this space exhibitor kit page 12
