3 FUN NIGHT: Ignite Your Spirit This year s Fun Night will take place on Wednesday, August 10 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. The event, referred to as Ignite Your Spirit, will transport guests to the Olympic Games where the sites, sounds and activities will ignite your competitive and lively spirit. Below are different opportunities in which business partners may sponsor and gain additional branding at what s become the most talked-about state association event of the year! DISC JOCKEY - $3,500 DJ Johnny Dee- Let s get the party started! DJ Johnny Dee belongs to the elite class of national caliber DJ's. A staple entertainer at premier events since the mid 90's, you will dance, laugh, and have a great time at a Johnny Dee Party. 3D DJ Booth - The 3D DJ Booth will wrap around the DJ s table and completely enhance his performance! The audience will love watching this DJ booth move and come to life as the DJ makes them dance the night away. The DJ will show off your logo in one of the most prominent spots in the room. See the #D DJ Booth in action at Acro Jumpers - $1,500 Soaring up to 10 feet into the air, the ACRO JUMPERS are nothing short of amazing. Their FLIPS, SPLITS and other amazing feats, which have made them some of the most sought after performers worldwide, some of which have been featured on the MTV awards and many other popular television videos and broadcasts, will wow the guests while broadcasting your logo at the same time. 4 Cornhole Competition- $3,500 Be the sponsor of this popular past time sport as the guests engage in a friendly competition. Display your logo on custom cornhole boards and bags. **BONUS** You get to keep the boards and bags after the event! * The sponsor is responsible for the transporation of the cornhole boards after the event on Thursday. LOGO HERE Mini Golf Maddness - $1,500 Tee up as the sponsor of this group activitiy. This 9 hole mini course includes obstacles such as miniature windmill, ramps, tunnels and more. 6 Quick Shot Basketball- $1,500 Be like Mike and sink your shot as you edge out the competition with this great sponsorship opportunity. Sponsorship includes special signage. Virtual Gaming Station- $2,000 Throw a pass like a pro quaterback, knock a homer out of the park, score a goal in a life-like setting all while never leaving our Fun Night. This Virtual Gaming Center is sure to be a hit as guests try their athleticism in the variety of nine games offered. Sponsorship includes special signage.

7 Fun Night Dessert Station- $1,500 Leave a SWEET impression by sponsoring this popular food station! The chefs will impress all of the guests with their variety of alluring desserts that no one will be able to resist. Sponsorship includes special signage and customized beverage napkins. Fun Night Non-Alcoholic Beverage- $1,500 Sponsor the non-alcoholic beverage for the evening. * Please note, selection of non-alcoholic beverage has not yet been determined. 10 PRE- FUNCTION SPACE OPPORTUNITIES Refreshment Breaks - $1,500 Attendees very much appreciate these beverage breaks during the week. This sponsorship includes signage and a materials table in the break area. Customized napkins will also be provided with their company logo to be used at the break. Selection from available breaks will be made on a first-paid basis. Selfie Station - $1,500 (1 available) Guests will get into the Olympic spirit from the moment they check in at the Registration Desk at this fun, interactive station. Be the sponsor of what is sure to be a popular spot throughout the week. Special Signage and Logo Recognition included. Mezzanine Glass Pane Branding - $1,500 (3 available) Have your message displayed on 30 sq. ft of space along the main walkway between the guest rooms and convention space. $1500 Sponsorship includes two glass panels double-sided. Sponsorship must be reserved by July 9 in order to make printing deadlines.

11 Other Additional Opportunities TRADE SHOW OPPORTUNITIES Trade Show Coffee Break - $5,500 Be the hit of the show by sponsoring a coffee break for all attendees on the Trade Show Floor on Tuesday, August 9 at 10:30 a.m. This great opportunity will provide exposure for your brand through personalized coffee cup sleeves and beverage napkins. Your company will be recognized on special signage, acknowledgement on the mobile app, as well as having your representative greeting the crowd. For the first time ever, attendees can earn up to one CEU (continuing education credit) for visiting the trade show on this day only. *up to 3 co-sponsorships available; all co-sponsors must be confirmed by July 9 or break will be canceled. Welcome Cocktail Party $3,500 (3-3 total available) Monday, August 8-4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Everyone attends this festive event which takes place the opening day in the Trade Show hall! Sponsorship includes 10 beverage tickets, specialized koozies, beverage napkins and signage at the Trade Show Monday evening. Trade Show Aisle Signage - $1,500 (4-4 total available) Your company logo and booth number will be prominently displayed on 4 x 8 directional signs used to mark each aisle in the Trade Show. 12 EDUCATION SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES CE Session Options - $1,500 (5-8 total available) Includes two CE Sessions at which you receive recognition as the sponsor and the opportunity to distribute your materials. Selection from available sessions will be made on a first-paid basis. *Attendance not guarenteed and varies per session. Sponsorship Enhancement Option - $500 Introduce the speaker of the sponsored session and address the captive audience for 1-2 minutes about your company and services. *FHCA reserves the right to prohibit a session from being sponsored. Med Errors Test - $1500 (1 total available) Race past your competition and sponsor this highly visible opportunity! Every Conference Full Registrant receives this test which is necessary to complete to maintain their license. Broadcast your logo in all communications as well as special signage onsite at Conference at the information desk! Preceptor Refresher & Provider Training- $1500 (1 total available) Sponsor this highly popular training opportunity! Sponsorship includes special signage and the opportunity to distribute your materials to a captive audience.
