2 ABOUT UTSAHA, a proud techno-culture fest is a yearly, inter-college fest organized by the students of BMSIT&M. Starting off as a bud in the year 2004; this fest has only grown and become a larger endeavour with the passing of each year. Utsaha on an average has a footfall of over 5000 youngsters of various fields such as Engineering, Arts, Medicine in the age bracket of from 50+ colleges in and around Bengaluru. UTSAHA brings a plethora of international artists like BRODHA V, Coke Studio, Switcheroo, and internationally well-known DJ s.

3 UTSAHA has featured many celebrities like KL Rahul, Radhika Pandey, Rohit Barkar, Kirik-Keerthi, Ravi Shankar, Diganth, Aindrita Rai and many more.

4 UTSAHA 18: FILM-FAIR Utsaha 2018 brings you FILM-FAIR! This year's theme is a celebration of cinema and carnivals. Come, experience bright lights, gala stalls, arcade games, filmy vibe and much more! We promise to bring you two days you won't regret with lights, music and everything filmy! Loose yourself for two days on the streets of merrymaking - Don on your best outfit and your best smile, and be a part of this year's FILM-FAIR!

5 UTSAHA WILL FEATURE Event Headliner: We are in final stage talks with India s top Band The local train. The Local Train is an Indian Hindi rock band from India. Since its inception in 2008, the band has gone on to achieve massive commercial success and has become a staple in cultural and music festivals across the country. The Local Train is widely known for its emphatic lyrics - which are a blend of Urdu and Hindi - and their signature lies in a raw, honest sound which resonates with the youth. As of 2018, the band had amassed over 13 million views on its YouTube channel, which remains one of the fastest growing channels among independent artists in India. Stand-Up Comedy: Open a bottle of coke and let your emotions loose. Laugh to your heart s content with our internet famous comedian. Fashion Show: An event which is put up by various upcoming student fashion designers, models run the walkway clad in their clothing and stun the audience. This event is truly entertaining and never fails to leave a spot. Battle of the Bands: Experience the beautiful symphonies coming alive in this event. This event stuns the audience into awestruck emotions. Theatre Events: Acting-Let loose of your inhibitions and come roleplay. Mad Ads, Skits, Monologue-you name it, we have it! Dance Events: Never Settle-being our idea, don t stop moving. Those legs need to keep shaking in all the dance events of Classical, Contemporary, 1 on 1 western and much more! Technical Events: Representing our stream, we bring you various technical events like Coding competitions, Typathons, Mock Placements and more! Open Music Night: We bring you diverse artists who will mesmarize the crowd and awe them with their raw talent.

SPONSORSHIP DETAILS TITLE SPONSOR: (criteria: 2 lakh and above) BENEFITS TO THE SPONSOR The name of the fest will be renamed as <your company name> and BMSIT&M presents UTSAHA 2018 and the company logo shall be used on the t-shirts, mementos, certificates, posters, banners, passes, media etc. The name of company will be used in all our promotional activities including radio, social networks and prints The company will be provided with an opportunity to conduct various promotional events during the fest days or prior to the fest. A stall of 10x10 shall be provided for promotional activities in a prime location within the college

7 The backdrop of the main stage shall contain the company name and logo and highest priority shall be given. Audio visual screens shall be put up on the main stage, featuring brand promotions and advertisement during all major events at UTSAHA Your company will be given permission to put up banners or hoardings within the campus to ensure maximum publicity. A major amount of UTSAHA 2018 will be carried out on social media, website and apps, these will be accessed by various people looking for information, and we shall feature your company logo and name in our websites and other social media pages. A slot shall be provided for the staffs of the sponsoring company on the main stage for a stipulated time to carry out any promotional activity. The main entrance is especially reserved for the title sponsors promotional activity. Audio advertisements will be played via the public address system throughout the festival, it would also be played on the main stage in between the events. All t-shirts shall contain the company name and logo

8 ASSOCIATE SPONSOR: (Criteria : 1 lakh 2 lakh rupees) BENEFITS TO THE SPONSOR The name of the fest will be renamed as UTSAHA 2018 in association with <title sponsor> and the company logo shall be used on the certificates, posters, banners, passes, media etc. Promotional activities can be carried out within campus at various event venues. The name of company will be used in all our promotional activities including radio, social networks and prints A promotional stall shall be given within the campus. The backdrop of the main stage shall contain the company name and logo. Company shall be allowed to setup banners within the campus, but not at the main entrance Audio advertisements will be played via the public address system throughout the festival,it would also be played on the main stage in between the events Company will be given a slot to play their ad or promotional video during the various major events. A major amount of UTSAHA 2018 will be carried out on social media, website and apps, these will be accessed by various people looking for information, and we shall feature your company logo and name in our websites and other social media pages. The Sponsor s name and logo shall be featured on certificates, brochures, posters, banners, result sheets and prize s. All t-shirts shall contain the company logo.

9 SETTING UP A STALL : (criteria : Rs.10000* for 2 days) FACILITIES provided A 10x10 stall with a good quality canopy. Electricity supply throughout the day Basic furniture Permitted to setup hoardings, standees, banners within the campus to increase the publicity of your products. Water supply ( Depending on the type of stall) More than 10x10 size can be worked out on demand and charges apply Audio advertisements will be played via the public address system throughout the festival.
