The room key, given to all Summit attendees staying at the event property, will be co-branded with the event logo and your company s logo. WATER BOTTLE OPPORTUNITIES ONE (1) $12,000 Each Summit attendee will receive an environmentally friendly metal water bottle that they can use time and time again even after they re home. It will be a four-color guide, given out in the attendee badge holder. The guide will include your four-color company logo. ESCALATOR GRAPHICS OPPORTUNITIES ONE (1) $7,500 EACH Each day attendees will go up and down the escalators to the expo, general session, breakouts and meal hall. 3 Events/Meals ATTENDEE PARTY OPPORTUNITIES ONE (1) $20,000 This year s attendee party will be held at PURE. Sponsoring this party will put your company name and logo front and center at a venue which features state of the art lighting, multiple party rooms, and cool music. Attendees will be talking about this party long after the conference is over. Don t miss out on the opportunity to put your brand all over the only attendee party of the Summit. Sponsorship includes: Napkins with your one-color logo on Parallels produced cocktail napkins; Table Top Signage of easel back signage placed on Bars and Food Stations with your company content and full-color logo; Flashing Colored Ice Cubes including a single color company logo on colored, flashing ice cubes. Logo GoBo with your company logo prominently projected in party venue; and mention of company sponsoring the event on the event website. This sponsorship also includes the opportunity to provide a sponsor-produced giveaway to be raffled to attendees. Sponsor must provide giveaway to Parallels for approval prior to the deadline. Once the item is approved, the sponsor is responsible for producing the item and shipping it to arrive at the venue prior to the deadline provided. COFFEE & SNACK BREAKS OPPORTUNITIES THREE (3) $3,000 EACH Increase your company s visibility and recognition through sponsorship of a refreshment break offered daily in the mid-morning and afternoon. This sponsorship allows attendees to take a break, fuel up and spend a few minutes networking with colleagues. Sponsorship includes table tent signage on all buffet tables out during break times. 3

Your company name and logo will be featured in all s and signage promoting the wireless access code each attendee will need to use the conference free wifi access. ROOM DROP OPPORTUNITIES TWO (2) $3,500 EACH Welcome the Parallels Summit 2013 attendees staying at Caesars Palace with your own custom room drop-off! There are approximately 500 rooms currently reserved for attendees on each of our two peak nights. This Sponsorship allows you to provide your own custom room-drop item to be delivered to each attendee staying at event property, during one (1) day of the event. The item will be produced and shipped by the sponsor at their cost. Parallels will work with the hotel to ensure items are delivered to the guest rooms on the agreed-upon peak day.
