1 Raymond S. Kellis High School Football Booster Club P.O. Box 2816, Peoria, AZ Dear Community Member, The is preparing for the 2015 Kellis Football Season and we are asking for YOUR SUPPORT. Our purpose as a Booster Club is to raise the funds necessary to cover the expenses of a high school football program. We are a Non-Profit Organization that has received exemption under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This means that 100% of your sponsorship or donation is Tax Deductible. As a community member, please consider sponsoring or making a donation to help support the Kellis Cougars football program. With your sponsorship or donation, we are able to provide our players with uniforms, equipment, workout meals, pre-game meals, game film, end of season banquets and much, much more. This year, we will be crediting individual players that bring in sponsorships with 25% of amount sponsored to help them with their individual expenses for the season. The following pages will provide you with a comprehensive outline of what we have to offer.
