1 LITTLE SHOP of HORRORS January 19, 20 & 21 Dear Parents of the Cast and Crew of Little Shop of Horrors: Congratulations to your son/daughter on making the cast or crew of Little Shop of Horrors!!! It takes ALOT to put on a Tompkins Theatre Company production and this show is no exception. We are requesting each family of a cast or crew member to do each of the following : Volunteer at least one shift during the run of the show. We need volunteers in many areas during the day, evenings and weekends so all are able to help out!! It takes many volunteers to support these productions and if we all step up we can help our students shine!! Buy or sell at least one ad (business or personal) for the program. Ads in the program cost us nothing and they are a vital part of making our shows financially possible. Donate at least one box of full size candy bars/candy for concessions. We sell full size only of Kit Kat, Plain and peanuts M&Ms, Snickers, Twix, Reeses Peanut Butter Cups, Skittles, Sour Patch and Sour Straws. Boxes of full size candy bars/candy from Costco or Sam s Club are what we are in need of. If you are not a member of either club, you can certainly make a cash donation and we will do the shopping for you. One of the many benefits of having a child in this production is pre-purchasing tickets. We will be sending out an to all members of the show starting December 26th with a link to the online ticketing website. You will be able to select your seats, purchase, and print your tickets at home before they go on sale to the public January 2nd. Please review the attached forms regarding the mandatory and optional fees due: MANDATORY $35 Production Fee for all cast and crew - Each student in the cast and crew is required to pay a $35 production fee for participation. Production fees paid after November 1st will be $50.no exceptions!! MANDATORY $20 Make-up kit fee for all cast - For sanitary purposes, theatre will order each cast member their own personal kit for use during the show. Students will be able to keep these make-up kits for future use.

2 MANDATORY Bio form for all cast and crew - Students must fill out this form for their program bio. If no form is turned in, only your name and grade level will appear in the program. nothing else. Form must be turned in by November 29th. OPTIONAL Personal Shout Out Message - A congratulatory ad message to your child is available for purchase in the show program. Often, family and friends want to extend their best wishes and congratulations to students involved in the production. Ad sizes and prices are listed on the enclosed form. Again with this production, we offer the opportunity to add your child s photo to the message. Deadline is December 12th. OPTIONAL Personal $5 Single Line Shout Out - A congratulatory one line message (50 characters maximum) to your child (or others) is available for purchase in the show program. This is a nice option for family and friends to shout out congratulations to the cast and crew in the production. Deadline is December 12th. OPTIONAL Business Advertisement - If you know of a business that would benefit from advertising in our show program, we have included a business ad form. Money from these advertisements will help offset the cost of the production. Think of the places you visit often and ask if they would be willing to donate to our production. Tompkins Theatre Booster Club is a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization. Deadline is December 12th OPTIONAL Show Buddy Form - All cast and crew members have the option to participate in the show buddy program. This will give them a chance to meet someone new and receive a little break a leg gift before each show. Students will be assigned by one of the student directors to a show buddy to buy secret gifts for during the performances. These gifts are to be kept secret and the show buddy should reveal him or herself at the last performance. Gifts should be small and not go over $5 per gift with the exception on the last show it may go up to $10. Form must be turned in by January 10th. OPTIONAL Tompkins Theatre Company Patron Program - Please consider becoming a Patron of our theatre company to help support our wonderful kids. There are many benefits of being a patron and your donation is tax deductible. You may pay the above fees by cash, check or credit card Please note...
