Cedar Run will present four 2018 fundraising events: SERENADE FOR WILDLIFE April 29 th An afternoon of light classical music performed at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Medford WHISKEY, WINE & WILDLIFE May 19 th An evening of gourmet food, whiskey, wine and tastings, auctions and live music held at the Flying W in Medford AUTUMN WITH THE ANIMALS September 16 th A fun family festival showcasing wildlife & environmental education programs from Cedar Run and other partner organizations HOOT, WADDLE & STROLL September 22 th An annual 5k Trail Run and 1-Mile walk at Cedar Run A variety of sponsorship/partnership opportunities are available for each event. There is also the opportunity to select a combined Annual Sponsorship for all four events at a discounted rate. Overall, we engage upwards of 50,000 NJ residents each year Whiskey, Wine & Wildlife attracts 500 attendees from throughout South Jersey (21+) Autumn with the Animals is a family focused festival and attracts 700 attendees Serenade for Wildlife is a lovely, intimate audience of classical music enthusiasts Hoot, Waddle & Stroll attracts a wide range of ages and trail running/walking abilities Our Facebook, Twitter & Instagram reach is 91,000 Our reach is 16,000 In addition, we reach over 30,000 NJ school students each year, 12,000 visitors and 50,000 people through our community engagement programs Did you know... Cedar Run is in our 60 th year of existence We are NJ s busiest wildlife hospital, rehabilitating 26% of NJ s injured & orphaned wildlife We are a non-profit organization that does NOT receive any county, local or state funding We rely on individual donations, corporate sponsorships and grants Our mission at Cedar Run is three-fold: Environmental Education, Wildlife Rehabilitation, and Habitat Preservation We preserve 171 Pineland acres, with 3.5 miles of hiking trails & an outdoor wildlife housing area for our permanent wildlife residents We offer a unique setting for private events, such as birthday and retirement parties, weddings and corporate programs We offer STEM based environmental education programs both on site and off site; INCLUDING SUMMER CAMPS We won Best of 2017 for Local Tourist Destination in Burlington County "I think mankind needs wilderness in his life to enjoy and appreciate and to know that it's a part of what has always been there.
