According to Webster Dictionary Arbitrage is basically buying in one market and simultaneously selling in another, profiting from the difference. Webster Dictionary goes on to say that this (Arbitrage) is considered a zero risk profit for the trader. Because the buyers are guaranteed. Let s look at a simple example of arbitrage in action. Let s say you are able to buy a popular toy doll for $3 in Chicago and sell it in Seattle for $20. You profit from the difference $17. This is zero risk to you because Seattle buyers are guaranteed and they will pre-pay for the toy doll eliminating all risk to you. Now let s look at Pay Per Call Arbitrage example. PPCall Arbitrage is simply buying low cost targeted traffic in the form of a phone call from Google and simultaneously selling (forwarding the call) to a large eager audience and profiting from the difference.
