Event Performance CMLA is not responsible for poor event performance due to weather, acts of God, terrorism, personal strife, or other conditions outside CMLA s control. Any lack of performance or loss suffered as a result of such events shall be the responsibility of the exhibitor and no refunds or credits shall be due. Admission & Fees Exhibitors must have a pass to attend the Expo. Additional Expo passes are not included, but may be purchased. Exhibit Space Availability Exhibit space is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may provide notes on the exhibitor registration form about your exhibit space preferences and they will be taken into consideration. Authority CMLA reserves the right to refuse sale of exhibit space and sponsorships to any individual, company, organization, or other entity. Exhibitors may not sell, lease, sublet, or otherwise share exhibit space.
