2 The MSU/FAME Community Research Forum is a collaborative event organized by Genesys Regional Medical Center, Hurley Medical Center, McLaren Flint, and MSU Flint Area Medical Education. This annual event includes, on an average, more than 150 oral and poster presentations of original research conducted by teaching faculty, resident physicians, medical students, nurses, and other health professionals. Various medical disciplines are represented, such as: Anesthesia, Behavioral Medicine, Combined Medicine & Pediatrics, Diagnostic Radiology, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Nutrition, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Oncology, Orthopedic Surgery, Pediatrics, Public Health, Research, and Trauma. Companies may participate by reserving display space, sponsoring program activities, and advertising in the Forum Program distributed at the event. The Forum has proven to be an excellent sponsorship opportunity with company and product information reaching 400+ healthcare professionals and event participants. 4 Research Forum Exhibitor 2018 Exhibitor Information Showcase your company and product at the Forum! Exhibiting at this event brings you face-to-face with residents, physicians, medical students, nurses, and others who evaluate your products and services and utilize them in daily practice. Reserve your space today! Space is limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please complete the order form included in this packet and submit it on or before March 1, % of payment is due on or before April 2, Exhibitor Fee Partial Day Exhibit - $150, which includes a 6 table and 2 chairs with display time from 10 AM to 1 PM. Full Day Exhibit - $300, which includes a 6 table and 2 chairs with display time from 8 AM to 3 PM. Guidelines for Exhibitors Exhibitors must maintain and keep the exhibit area clean. Exhibitors are not permitted to distribute food or beverages. Exhibitor personnel must at all times wear an ID badge, which will be available at Forum registration. Exhibitors must complete booth set-up at least 30 minutes prior to the start of reserved display time. Exhibitors must disassemble booth display immediately at the end of reserved display time. Exhibitor activities must be confined to the exhibitor s booth space and may not enter another exhibit area without invitation. The distribution of printed materials is strictly limited to the exhibitor s booth. This restriction also applies to placement of signs and/or distribution of materials in the event complex. Small novelty items may be distributed to participants. Giveaways must comply with the AMA guidelines for ethical gifts to physicians. MSU/FAME logo use is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the MSU/FAME Research Forum organizing team. Picture taking at any time other than by the official photographer is prohibited. Each exhibitor is responsible for safeguarding its goods, materials, equipment, and exhibits at all times. Exhibit booths must be staffed during all exhibit hours. Exhibitors must notify the organizing team of any access to power needs for their space by April 16, 2018.
