Expand your message and brand beyond the borders of your exhibit booth by taking advantage of the many opportunities available for sponsorship or advertising during the Annual Meeting & Exhibition. Pre-Show Online Registration - About 90% of LeadingAge Illinois attendees register online. Sponsorship of the Online Registration will give you visibility during the registration process and in messaging to attendees prior to the conference. This will provide you with great pre-show marketing exposure! Badge Mailing Inserts - Include a promotion piece with the attendee registration badge inviting attendees to your booth when they arrive onsite. Investment: $1,500 Know Before You Go - Include your company logo and booth number in the electronic version of the special preshow blast sent out to all attendees prior to the conference. Investment: $ 750 At the Conference Onsite Registration - Sponsor the Onsite Registration to include your company logo and booth number on signage in registration and have your company flyer included in the tote bags. Investment: $6,000 Attendee Lanyards - Include your company logo on the lanyards provided to attendees onsite. Investment: $4,500 Tote Bags - Feature your logo on the Annual Meeting tote bag available onsite for all attendees. Investment: $3,500 Only Four Opportunities Available Bag Inserts - Back by popular demand! Provide your company flyer and we will include it in the registration tote bags distributed onsite to attendees. One item per company. Investment: $1,000 Around Town Hotel Keycards - Include your company name, logo and booth number on the hotel keycards at the headquarter hotel, making sure that you are visible outside of the exhibit floor. Investment: $4,000 Window Clings - Guide attendees from the parking garage and through the skybridge to the exhibit hall. A minimum of four window clings will be customized with your logo and booth number. Investment $2,500

3 Education and Special Events General Session/Keynote Address - Sponsorship includes a high level of visibility during the general session and the opportunity to briefly address the audience while welcoming that days speakers. Investment: Wednesday Session $10,000 Thursday Session: $8,000 Honoring Excellence Awards Program - LeadingAge Illinois honors members who have gone above and beyond their call of duty in their organizations. Sponsors are recognized in the call for nominations and can announce the program during the awards presentation onsite. Investment: $6,000 Expo Theater - The Expo Theater is an interactive educational area on the expo floor where exhibitors have an opportunity to highlight their niche and attendees to receive additional education outside the classroom. Sponsorship of the Expo Theater will include recognition in all preshow marketing pieces as well as onsite. Leadership Academy (formerly LeadershipLSN)- Tomorrow s leaders are getting a head start today through Leadership Academy. This program includes fellows who are up and coming decision makers in the senior living field. Both the fellows who have recently completed the program and the new class will be honored at Annual Meeting. Your sponsorship supports the class of fellows all year round and puts you in the spotlight at Annual Meeting. Education Session Tracks - Supporting education through sponsorship allows your company to gain visibility off the expo floor. Sponsorship includes recognition in the online advance program, final program and on signage near meeting rooms. Investment: $2,000 Networking and Exhibit Hall Dessert Station - Host the numerous dessert stations placed throughout the exhibit hall during expo hours. Investment: $1,500 Networking Breakfast - Our days start early and attendees take advantage of the complimentary breakfast all three mornings. Kick start their day by sponsoring the breakfast and receive signage throughout the networking area. Breakfast sponsors can also provide promotional flyers for the breakfast tables. Investment: $2,500 Lunch and Expo Opening - Lunch is provided on the exhibit floor both days of the expo. Welcome attendees to the grand opening of the exhibit floor and leave promotional flyers in the seating area inviting attendees to visit your booth before heading back to sessions. Sponsorship also includes signage throughout the exhibit hall. 5 LeadingAge Illinois Sponsorship Commitment Form This document serves as the official and binding contract for sponsors of LeadingAge IL events and activities. This sponsorship agreement is between LeadingAge IL and (Company Name) on (Date) and applies to events/activities through (Date/Year). Terms and Conditions LeadingAge IL will provide sponsorship recognition through event marketing materials and onsite. Sponsoring company agrees to allow LeadingAge IL to use the sponsor s logo and website to fulfill the recognition and promotion. Sponsoring company will provide logo in an EPS and JPEG format for inclusion in materials and signage. When applicable, a sponsor display table will be provided for sponsor company s promotional materials/ brochures. Sponsor can promote their sponsorship status on marketing materials during the term of their sponsorship agreement: Official LeadingAge IL Sponsor. (Option available to include level of sponsorship ie: Official LeadingAge IL Gold Sponsor). Payment of sponsorship fees must be paid within thirty days of execution of this agreement. Payment schedule options must be approved by LeadingAge IL Finance Director. Fulfillment of sponsorship benefits will not begin until payment is received or alternate payment schedule is agreed upon. Sponsorship fees are nonrefundable. In the event of cancellation of a sponsored event, LeadingAge IL will refund sponsor fee, less an amount not to exceed 20% to cover expenses incurred. Sponsor will be offered alternative sponsorship event to apply sponsorship fees to if alternative event is acceptable. To take advantage of the marketing benefits associated with a sponsor s package, materials must be submitted in the format and by the deadline specified in the individual specs sheet provided for each event.
