Each sponsorship will allow you to showcase your products and services to customers, partners and prospects. How to Reserve a Sponsorship All sponsorship requests are done via our online form. For Gold and Silver, please make sure to add your nominated customer cases in the online form as well. Sponsorships are limited and available on a first-come, first served basis. 11 Additional Information Sponsorship Agreement: Sponsor must sign the Ascend sponsor agreement in order to be confirmed. will hold the sponsorship for 10 business days after sending out the agreement. Payment: Payment for the sponsorship is due no later than 15 days prior to the event. will mail out an invoice to the partner. Sessions: Sponsors who have a session with their sponsorship must send the session abstract by the due date provides so that may review and approve session content. will provide you with a PowerPoint template to use. may require a phone conversation to discuss the content before approving. Sponsor must provide a complete presentation deck by due date prior to Ascend for final review. A speaker FAQ will be sent out prior to Ascend with important details for speakers. Wifi: Standard wifi is provided as part of your sponsorship package. If you need it hardwired, it is available at an additional cost.

12 Partner Village Details will provide all sponsors with an Exhibitor Guide that will include details on the schedule, AV, shipping and more. Exhibitors are responsible for branding their own space. Table-tops: Exhibitor materials are limited to light collateral and small table-top displays. All materials must fit on the 6 table-top. Standing displays are acceptable only if they fit directly behind the table and do not take up a larger footprint than the table itself. Exhibitors are responsible for branding their own table-top. Booths: See your sponsorship package for size. Exhibitors are responsible for branding their own booths. Giveaways: Exhibitors are allowed to distribute small giveaways. If exhibitor wants to hand-out anything larger, do in-booth promotions or raffles, it must be pre-approved by the venue and. Food & Beverage: If sponsor wants to distribute any food or beverage, it must be pre-approved by the venue and.
