2 Message from the President of EUCASS It is our pleasure to announce the seventh edition of the EUCASS conference, which will take place in Milan from 3 till 7 July 2017 at the instigation of Politecnico di Milano (POLIMI). The venue is the POLIMI Bovisa campus conveniently located near the city centre. EUCASS, as a non-profit organisation, is the second largest conference at the continental scale for aeronautics and space sciences (see attached annex) after the AIAA Scitech in the USA. It was launched in 2004 by dedicated scientists and engineers from Western Europe and from Russia. Previous issues have been held in Moscow (2005), Brussels (2007), Versailles (2009), Saint Petersburg (2011), Munich (2013) and Krakow (2015). This biennial premium conference is an event that brings together worldwide professionals, experts, and students to discuss, perspectives, insights, ideas as well as the latest science, research and technology developments. We have rapidly developed and at this upcoming conference we are expecting 700+ international attendances from all over the world. 5 Exhibition The floor plan of Politecnico di Milano offers the opportunity to set up various booths in an attractive way to catch the interest to the attendees. Most of the booths are close to the lunch break, and coffee breaks, and not far away from the session rooms. This exhibition area is truly a real chance for your company to emphasize and to exhibit its expertise, its products and its services toward a targeted group of scientists, students and professionals. 13 Payment Terms A 50% down-payment is required at the signature of this present booking form. Your account must be balanced one month before the event. Full payment is also accepted. Cancellation fees If you cancel your sponsorship/booth: Before the 30th of March, 2017, you will be charged 25% of the total amount of the item chosen. Between the 30th of March and the 30th of May 2017, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of the item chosen.
