ITE is not responsible for errors contained within ads. ** Pre- and Post-Annual Meeting Promotional s: Sponsors at the Ruby and Diamond level will have the opportunity to send out one promotional prior to and following the annual meeting. This will be sent by ITE on a mutually agreed upon distribution date. Copy needs to be provided to Pam Goodell no later than 72 hours prior to date of distribution and sponsor will need to approve the final piece before distribution. Distribution of promotional is to registered annual meeting attendees who have opted-in to receive promotional pieces. *** Logo in Annual Meeting Signage, Registration Brochure and Onsite Program: Logos must be received by stated deadlines (see Important Dates, page 2). 4 Sponsorship Opportunities Sapphire $2,501 - $5,000 Welcome to Florida Reception - $5,000 Help get the Collegiate Traffic Bowl off to a fun start with your sponsorship of reception food and beverage. The sponsoring organization receives signage at the event recognizing their sponsorship (non-exclusive). Collegiate Traffic Bowl - $5,000 If you want to get out in front of the millennial generation then sponsoring their premier event at the annual meeting is the way to do it! Concurrent Session Electronic Signage - Please contact us for pricing Help attendees find their way! Electronic monitors outside each session room will indicate session name and speakers. The logo of the sponsoring company will be on each sign and sponsors may have the opportunity to post a brief promotional message. Continental Breakfast - $5,000 Your company logo will be one of the first things attendees see when they stop to grab a bite to eat before heading to sessions. Two sponsorship opportunities Monday, August 3 and Tuesday, August 4. Signage at each breakfast will recognize the sponsoring organization. ITE/YPT Summertime Block Party - $3,000 This is a prime networking event to interact and engage with the upcoming generation of transportation professionals.
