6 Annual conference Sponsorship Wednesday Awards Luncheon - $10,000 One company can promote their presence at this event by sponsoring the Awards Luncheon. This includes a three-minute welcome or video for attendees. Sponsor requirements: supply hi-resolution logo and provide video if desired. Thursday Presidents Breakfast - $10,000 Promote your company at the Presidents Breakfast. This sponsorship includes a three-minute welcome or video for 450 attendees. Sponsor requirements: supply hi-resolution logo and provide video if desired. Keynote speakers - $7,500 Three organizations can promote their company by sponsoring one of the keynote speakers on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. This sponsorship includes a two-minute welcome and the opportunity to introduce the speaker. Sponsor requirements: supply hi-resolution logo and provide signage if desired. Conference Padfolios & Pens - $7,500 Promote your company by providing 600+ branded padfolios and pens to the conference attendees. Conference Bags - $7,500 One sponsor can promote their company by supplying a branded bag for up to 600 conference attendees. Wi-Fi - $7,500 Promote your company by sponsoring the Wi-Fi for all conference attendees. Wi-Fi login will be set to sponsoring companies name or other mutually agreed upon login. Gift for Conference Participants - $7,500 Market your company on 600+ gifts which are provided to attendees at conference check-in. Name Badges - $5,000 One company can promote their brand by providing name badge holders with their logo for 600+ attendees. LBS 5K Walk/Run Breakfast - $5,000 Two organizations can support the Leon Bradley Scholarship by sponsoring a breakfast for 150 of the participants and supporters of the LBS 5K Walk/Run. Sponsorship includes a two-minute welcome. Sponsor requirements: supply hi-resolution logo and signage if desired. Breakfast Sponsors - $4,000 Three companies can market their organizations by sponsoring a breakfast for the conference attendees. Refreshment Breaks - $2,000 Three sponsors can promote their companies by sponsoring a refreshment break for conference attendees. 8 Annual conference Sponsorship Exhibit Hall Grand Opening - $2,000 Three sponsors can promote their company by providing refreshments at the Exhibit Hall Grand Opening. Exhibit Hall Reception - $2,000 Plan to sponsor the Exhibit Hall Reception on Wednesday evening where attendees will network as they enjoy refreshments and visit the booths. Three sponsors may provide food and/or beverages for the attendess. Food stations will be placed near your booth. Beverages may be themed to your company. Thursday Lunch - $2,000 Plan your own lunch and program on Thursday where conference attendees will join you. Sponsor requirements: supply hi-resolution logo, provide signage if desired. Additional food & beverage is required. Some A/V may be required. Welcome bags - $2,000 One sponsor can welcome all attendees to the conference with a bag of water and snacks. Bags will be distributed at registration or picked up in sponsor s booth. Sponsor requirements: supply hi-resolution logo, postcard or one-page advertisement directing attendees to pick up bag in sponsor booth. Welcome Reception - $2,000 Host the Welcome Reception (dinner) for attendees. Plan this event with the hotel. It is sure to be a hit with attendees as we kick off the conference! First-Time Attendee Reception - $1,500 Three sponsors can be the first to advertise their companies as we welcome the first-time attendees to the 80th Annual Conference. State Leaders Meeting - $1,500 Spend time with leaders as they share information about their state associations. This includes a two-minute welcome for up to 50 attendees. VIP Celebration - $1,000 to $10,000 Support AASPA as we celebrate our 80th Annual Conference and Master, Motivate and Move in style. Exhibit Booth - $850 to $1,250 Conference exhibitor registration will be available on a separate form. New this year only--complimentary lead retrieval. LBS 5K Walk/Run - $500 to $2,000 Two sponsors can advertise their company name and/or logo on the t-shirts or refreshment bags provided to the 5K participants. Sponsor requirements: supply hi-resolution logo, bags and refreshments for 50 required. community service project - $300 to $1,000 Help AASPA by sponsoring the community service project. Your sponsorship will be used to buy supplies which will be packaged and distributed to a local organization. Multiple opportunities available.
