The Leadership Forum will be attended by member company representatives, invited association guests, and credentialed press. Last year our sponsorship webpage was visited a total of 4,293 times! Once a sponsor has reached the number of complimentary registrations allotted for its sponsorship level (details enclosed), additional registrants from the company are welcome to register at the current registration fee. Please list the names and addresses of your company s complimentary and additional registrants on the form so they can be coded to register for the Leadership Forum.
