2 2018 Sponsorship Opportunities and fast facts about the event The Cave Creek Balloon Festival celebrates its 9th year and has become the largest single day event in Cave Creek s history. The 2017 event had an attendance of over 10,000 guests and over 400 VIP in attendance. The event features a mixture of regular and special shaped hot air balloons, which are tethered to the ground to create an Amazing glow every time the burners ignite. A special Kids zone area with a mix of entertainment. We utilize local food trucks with an array of tasty food and snack options, along with local craft beer and assorted beverage vendors The VIP is a separate private area which is elevated back stage and an amazing overview of the entire event. It features private restrooms, private bar and an incredible gourmet buffet catered by Tonto Bar & Grill. There is ample seating at dining tables, as well as bar high-tops and around fire pits. Our entertainment production is nonstop from start to finish. The early evening is kicked off by the Civil Air Patrol Color Guard Presentation, a Missing Man Fly Over and our National Anthem performed by Cave Creeks own, Madison Holmes. Live music performed by our headliner The Shari Rowe Band takes center stage and the performance continues with The Josh Roy Band on the Sanderson Ford Country Stage. Just after the sun sets, the massive balloons start to inflate, and come to life featuring their amazing glowing show and thundering roar as the burners shoot endless flames to stand up the balloons. The evening is finale is caped off with an amazing fireworks show which will fill you with patriotic pride and The CCBF is an amazing event held in the Sonoran Foothills of Cave Creek and centers itself as a kick off to the long Memorial Day weekend. It fulfills everyone with patriotic pride and is a great event for all ages.
