1 Tender Notice Sealed tenders are invited for Treatment of pests on annual basis, for the period from 1 st April 2018 to 31 st March This service is required at our Main Dairy project and New Dairy Plant at Gokul Shirgaon Kolhapur, Satellite Dairy, At Post- Udgaon, Taluka - Shirol and Chilling centers located at Tawarewadi, Gadhinglaj, Bidri, Gogave and packing station and four flats, one Guest House and Gokul Shoppe booth at New Mumbai and Gokul shopee booth at Kolhapur, Skim Milk powder storage godown at M.I.D.C. Gokul Shirgaon and hired godown by sangh and Tanker disinfestations treatment and cattle feed plant at Gadmudshingi and five star MIDC, Kagal respectively. Blank tender forms along with details regarding eligibility, scope of work, terms and conditions are available for sale at our office (B-1, MIDC, Gokul Shirgaon, Kolhapur) on working day between am to pm from 30 th January 2018 to 8 th February 2018 on cash payment of Rs. 500/-. 2 Kolhapur Zilla Sahakari Dudh Utpadak Sangh, Ltd. Kolhapur. Eligibility Criteria 1. Pest management professional should be current IPCA member. 2. Should produce current pest control license. 3. Bidder should have executed the value of contract he bided in similar type of industry successfully at least three years.(dairy industry, Food Industry-ISO certified units) 4. Should furnish current clients list in similar type of industry along with contact person and contact number so as to get the reference. 5. Should produce workmen s compensation insurance.(in case of accident in companies premises) 6. Staff should be adequately trained in-house or by out side agency to carry out safe, effective and appropriate pest management/control measures.(actual person working),must have proof of experience working in Food industry. 7. List of pesticides to be used in the premises are acceptable for its use in food industry and it can be verified by authority for approval. Pest Management / Control Requirements Keeping in view the present environmental, hygiene, health and food safety legislation, pest management professional should be responsible for following condition Three pest operator should be present every day at kolhapur site and timing will be 9.30 A.M. To P.M. except holidays (at Gokul Milk Project ) and as per need arises. Contractor (Technical Expert) should be present during major audits to satisfy certifying agencies queries related to pest management and control services. Should conduct periodic i.e. Bi-Monthly thorough inspection of the premises, site, flats & booths and present a clear report with details of treatment, recommendations that give accountability of both sides. In view of the Pest management should provide expert advice on preventive and proofing measures to be undertaken to eradicate pest infestation. Should maintain documents and records as per food safety management system standard ( ISO : 22000: 2005 & FSSAI requirements for on site inspection. Pest operator will obtain signatures of designated authorities in the section after each treatment as per frequency specified in the scope of work and will provide inspection report to concerned about status for its accountability. Material safety data sheet of pesticides and standard operating procedures should be provide. Only CIB/FSSAI approved chemicals to be used. Shall conduct pest management / pest control care awareness programme to key Personals in the company to avoid any likely hazard twice in year. Pest treatment should be given to following premises. Gokul milk project, New Dairy Plant Expansion and New Boiler house Satellite Dairy Shirol, four chilling centers and vashi packaging station,flats,guesthouse and Milk Powder Storage Godown at Gokul Milk Project and Hired Godown. Inspection and treatment plan with time and frequency should be intimated to relevant officer in advance for effectively monitoring the activities.

(b) Adult flies killing Inspection and treatment every fort nightly and as per status. To inform about the breeding locations with reason to concerned authority for taking preventive measures. - Fly resting sites around R.M.R.D.,main dairy, Production block, Head office, canteen area, ETP etc. Daily. (2) DISINFESTATION COCKROACH, SPIDERS, LIZARDS, ANT etc. Inspection and treatment at such places having pest presence, cockroach hiding, resting places. All manufacturing area i.e. milk pouching, powder plant and consumer packaging, ghee, shrikhand production area (all sections in the dairy, General store, finished product godown Weekly. All buildings in chilling centers, gutters, chambers, drainage lines up to ETP plant- fortnightly. The documents & records shall be maintained on sight for inspection. Only the pesticides approved by CIB, for food industry shall be used. If infestation is reoccurred in spite of treating the vehicle for consecutive three month, free of coast treatment for the said vehicle shall be done up to the satisfaction of concerned officer. (B) GOKUL SHOPPE AND BOOTHS DISINFECTION Scope of work Types of pest All shoppe at a) Kolhapur B) Navi Mumbai and CIDACO area. WASHI PACKING STATION - Details as regards to the scope of pest control work (A) HOUSE FLY CONTROL TREATMENT (1) Life cycle break down ETP and all likely breeding areas in and around the premises where manure and waste food collected. Inspection and treatment every fort nightly and as per status and need. To inform about the breeding locations with reason to concerned authority for taking preventive measures. (2) Adult fly killing Fly resting sites around main dairy, ETP etc. Daily Note:- Irrespective of the frequencies mentioned above pest attendant shall attend as per need and intimation from Dairy ( and shall provide contact phone number / cell number to concerned authority ) (B) DISINFESTATION COCKROACH, SPIDERS, LIZARDS, ANT etc. Inspection and treatment at such places having pest presence, cockroach hiding, resting places. All milk pouching, product storage, process area, all establishment in Washi Dairy Project, gutters,, chambers, drainage lines up to ETP plant- Monthly. (C) RODENTS (RATS, MICE AND BANDICOOTS) (a) Step 1 (b) Step 2 - Inspection of entire packingcenter premise and finding live burrows if any. - Treatment of burrows by keeping fresh anticoagulant rodenticides. - Repeating the treatment by interval of 15 days till finding live burrows. - In relation to step-1 fixed bait station boxes will be placed in strategic positions and keeping fresh baits. - Changing the bait with interval of 15 days. - Applying glue boards and mechanical traps as per needs. - Suggesting rodent proofing measures, hiding places to remove it.

Fortnightly (D) Flats and Guest House a) Disinfestations - Cockroach, spiders, lizards, ants and bed bugs etc. - Monthly treatment i.e. 12 treatments in a year. If required additional treatments will be free of cost. b) Termite Control : - Monthly inspection of the flats and guesthouse as per disinfestations frequency. Treatment as per Status and need. Honey Comb Treatment- Inspection and treatment at such places having honeycomb. - All buildings every fortnightly.

Pest treatment should be given to following premises at both sites. a) All Raw Material Godowns c) Finish Product Godown d) Packing Material Godown e) Solid Fuel Storage Godown d) Main Process Plant Building e) Service Block / Technical Store f) Boiler House g) Molasses Storage Tanks h) Molasses Pit i) Furnace Oil Storage Tank k) Administration Building l) Worker Amenity Building & Canteen m) All factory premises including hidden places not cover above (for ex. false ceiling etc.) n) All Furniture etc. General Terms & Conditions 1) The tender shall be submitted in the prescribed tender form only up to ) Tenderer has to bring his own tools & tackles, equipments, manpower, pesticides etc. for execution of pest control work at site. 3) Tenderer shall provide their PAN card Copy with tender. 4) Tenderer shall attend the Board Meeting for negotiation. The date of Board meeting shall be informed in advance. 5) Successful Tenderer s EMD shall be returned after completion of AMC period. 6) Successful Tenderer must ensure that the pest control once done shall remain effective up to next pest control treatment. 7) The AMC is comprehensive i.e. inclusive of cost of all types of material / insecticides, machines, qualified manpower and cost of transportation. 8) Tenderer are advised to visit the both Cattle Feed Plant for assuring the nature and volume of work realistically before submitting the tender. 9) Approved rates shall remain fixed and valid during the AMC period i.e. 01 / 04 / 2018 to 31 / 03 / ) The Sangh reserves right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.

14 Payment Condition 1) No advance payment shall be made for the services. 2) The bill in duplicate, for the services prepared on the basis of approved rates will have to be submitted to the Asst. General Manager, Cattle Feed Plant for effective payment together with the service report sign by concern officer (s) of Cattle Feed Plant on monthly basis. 3) The bill shall be paid by cheque after deduction of any applicable taxes after receipt of bill.
