31 Business as usual is not an option in agriculture, given the enormous challenges we are facing. Bob Watson, IAASTD Locally adapted, regional food systems are resilient, productive, encourage food security and provide equitable rural livelihoods

32 We HAVE to have it. We need it every day. The right kind of food makes us happy and healthy. Food is different.
