1 Registration Fees and Deadlines Pre-Registration Fee Conference only = $89/person Conference with lunch = $109/person Mailed registration must be received one week prior to the conference. On-Site Registration Fee Conference only = $100/person Lunch is not available for on-site registration. Registration fee includes conference breaks and proceedings book. Agricultural Fertlizier Recertification 1 hour of recertification training: $10 (preregistration and on-site) Conference Details Conference Schedule See conference schedules inside this brochure. Check-in and registration begin at 8:00 a.m. Conferences are from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. One hour of fertilizer recertification will take place beginning at 4:15 p.m. at the Sandusky, Dayton, and Columbus conferences. This training is for those who currently hold a fertilizer certificate. Please note the schedule for the Akron conference is different than the Sandusky, Dayton, and Columbus conferences. Interstate Reciprocity Pesticide recertification credits will be available from Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, ISA, and CCA. Check with the licensing agency in each state for information on specific credits available. Special Needs If you have dietary restrictions, any questions regarding access, wish to request a sign language interpreter or accommodations for a disability, please call at least two weeks prior to the conference. Online Registration Visit pested.osu.edu to register online. Online registration closes at midnight, one week prior to the conference. Special Registration Note Registration may be transferred to a different location for special circumstances. Transferring can only be done between the 2019 conferences listed in this brochure. Call WalCom Registration Services at for more details. Cancellation and Refund Policies There is a $25 processing charge for any refunds. No refunds will be given after March 31, The cancellation fee will be charged per registrant. There is a $30 fee for returned checks. Pesticide Applicator Exam Details Exams are offered at all four locations beginning at 10:30 a.m. (all categories) Register for exams by calling the Ohio Department of Agriculture at or register online at: agri.ohio.gov. Walk ins are accepted. There is no fee for taking exams. You DO NOT need to register for the conference if you are only taking exams. The conference DOES NOT prepare you for the exam. The conference is designed for people who already are licensed to receive recertification credit, but is open to anyone.
