6 Overview Malted Food Division is India s fastest growing food Industry with the heritage of over 26 years and touches the lives of many Indians through the quality product offered by the company. This unit is specialized for the manufacturing of Malt Based Food with a huge capacity of 1600 MT per month. Malted Food Division (MFD) is subsidiary of Shri Warana Sahakari Dudh Utpadak Sangh, Kolhapur, One of the India s leading cooperative sectors working for the multinational company from more than 26 years.

7 Overview Malted Food Division is continuously growing from its inceptions since 1991 and expanding day by day and reached to position where we produce 1600 MT per Month with a huge nos. of vacuum ovens, Hi-tech cooling system, Automatic Packing machines and having worker strength more than 600 workers. Our main focus is on giving the best quality product to the customer and we are very much concern about it. So we produce our product by following global standards and implementing various programs like Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Food Defense Plan.

8 Overview Mixing raw ingredients, Pasteurizing, Oven cooking, Cooling, Grinding and Packing are the main processes used at the malted food division. And to support the manufacturing process we have our own Boilers unit, Air Handling Unit(AHU), ETP and self sufficient Diesel Generators to make product continuously without any interruption.

9 Overview Quality: Here in Malted Food Division we understand the importance of quality to sustain the name of organization. We have our own Quality Lab at plant to assure best quality product supplied to the customer. All product related test are done in the lab. Also, we do have Micro Lab Facility at the plant to control the microbial activity and make healthy food for the customer.

Tailor make product We have ability to produce Tailor Make Product by using semi solid raw material like Malt extract, Glucose, Honey etc with powdered ingredients like SMP, Sugar, Cocoa etc.
