7 PRODUCTION. PILOT PLANT Production processes are elaborated and samples are obtained in the pilot plant (PP) equipped with a liquid-phase fermenter and a solid-phase one with volumes of 2 liters to 100 liters.

MAIN SHOP THE INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX IS FITTED UP WITH MODERN EQUIPMENT: Three lines of fermenters with a maximum volume of liters, freeze driers and equipment for production of biomass and isolation of target products out of it. Now the production capacities of the Bionovatic Group of Companies make it possible to carry out solidphase and liquidphase fermentation, separation and concentration of biomass followed by obtaining a dry product on sublimation driers.
