4 Short autobiography & achievements: I was born in a remote village of Karnataka State on June I still remember during my school days there were no electricity, drinking water and sanitary facilities in our village. Farmers were engaged in traditional agriculture and were under the clutches of rich and famous traders. Agriculture income was not sufficient for small and marginal farmers to lead a respectable life. Hence, some of them started migrating to the cities in search of employment. During that time only I had made up my mind to study some subjects will help these farmers stay in villages and a lead a respectable life. After completion of my secondary school education, I studied science subjects in pre university schooling and joined University of Agricultural sciences to study Veterinary sciences. I joined Karnataka Milk Federation on Jan 30, 1984 as Veterinary Officer. Under this operation flood project I was totally involved in organising milk cooperatives in villages, providing technical input facilities like Animal health care, Artificial Insemination, Cattle feed etc. During Feb94 to Apr 95 I did my post graduate diploma in rural development management (PGDRDM) at the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) which is one of the premier management institute of. During my studies in IRMA I had taken MTS projects on Liquid Milk Marketing and also, specialised in Human Resource Development (HRD) and Organisation Development (OD). After completion of PGDRDM at IRMA I have applied my acquired knowledge for planning of rural development. I was a team member of VIABILITY STUDY TEAM, REHABILITATION TEAM. I am permanent member in the team in preparation of Integrated Business Plan (IBP), Annual Action Plan (AAP), Strategic Marketing Plan (SMP), and prospective plan of Vision.
