1 PULMIC SAGATELEX SPRAYER The Pulmic Sagatelex Sprayer is used to spray diluted herbicide at a diameter of 1.2m 1.5m. This makes it perfect to clear the under growth from orchards and fences. It is powered by two alkaline batteries and has a 5L tank capacity.

2 BALL PLANTER The Ball Planter provides a simple and rapid means of planting all types of vegetable seeds in small to medium sized plots (up to 2 ha per day). It is not a high precision planter but will deposit seeds consistently with fair accuracy at a reasonable spacing for each vegetable type.

3 CAVITY SHAPERS A simple, yet effective piece of equipment to create a cavity in the centre of each cell after the growing medium has been added to the seed tray. The cavity also creates an adequate amount of room above the seed to be topped with more growing medium or covered with vermiculite. Dibblers can be manufactured to suit almost any tray size. 4 GOODHARVEST SPRAYER This knapsack sprayer is made from high-density polypropylene which is suitable for all spraying purposes e.g. pest control, disinfection, weeds and fertilizing. The sprayer comes standard with a single nozzle, double nozzle and fan-shaped nozzle. The plunger ensures a quick build up to a working pressure of 2.0 ~ 4.0kg/cm². This knapsack is available in 18L and 16L with a standard 58cm lance.

5 Hamilton Drum Seeder The belt conveyor system has variable speed as standard, and is aimed at high production growers with an exceptional high capacity for continuous, accurate single or clump sowing. Assesories include dibblers, vermiculite coverer and a watering bar. The sowing drum can be drilled to sow into 2 different tray sizes or 2 different hole sizes for one model tray. The Drum seeder is available in a 2.0m and 2.8m conveyor. Technical Specification Typical speed 740 trays per hour 400 x 600mm tray. Power Consumption 1.5 kw single phase. 6 HANDY SEEDER The Handy seeder is designed for the grower who wants to get started sowing their own plugs, but does not want the expense of an automatic seeder. The seeder is supplied with 3 pick-up tubes with hole sizes to suit the different species to be sown by the grower. A small compressor is required to operate the machine.

7 M900 CELL TRANSPLANTER This machine is used to plant cell or peat pot transplants through plastic mulch. The Model 900 can transplant cells varying in size from 2.8 to 7 cm. The closest row spacing for a multiple row machine is 46 cm. Plant spacings from 25 cm up to 1.5 meters can be achieved with this machine. These machines use either one or two operators per row depending on the plant spacing desired. The standard axle allows the machine to plant on beds up to 15 cm tall with an optional high rise axle available for taller beds. The axle is easily adjustable to accommodate almost every width of planting bed. The specially designed pockets have points that pierce the plastic and set the transplant into the ground. Special rubber packing wheels then firm the soil around the cells without tearing the plastic. An optional intermittent water valve, which places water directly on the roots of the plant, is available.

8 M1000 BARE ROOT TRANSPLANTER The high performance planter increases planting speeds 15-30% and provides uniform, accurate plant spacing, precise depth control and proper soil firming. Standard equipment includes: 12 pocket chain, water valve, 2 fiberglass seats, 2 plant boxes and stands, round point shoe, steel packing wheels and tool bar clamps. Accessories available are 4-6 tray carousel and super molded cushioned seats.

9 M5000 CELL TRANSPLANTER Faster, shorter and more compact unit capable of achieving row spacings as close as 12". The patented skid plate packing system is easily adjustable for soil flow and depth. The furrow opening shoe can be adjusted for cell sizes from 1/2" to 1-3/8"round or square. Water valve and fiberglass seats are standard. Up to four units can be used with each gauge wheel drive system. Accessories include 4-6 tray carousel.

10 M6000 CELL TRANSPLANTER A large metering transplanter with float wheel direct drive system. Standard equipment includes: Water valve, fiberglass seats, high carbon shoe, and adjustable packing wheels. Cups are 30% larger for setting tobacco and other large plants. Accessories include 4 and 6 tray carousel fertilizer system and plant box if plants are removed from trays.

11 MULCH LAYER The Mulch layer can lay up to 6 feet wide plastic. Standard equipment includes: Gauge wheels, dirt shields, extra roll carrier, leveling bar and 3 point hitch. Drip irrigation attachment is also available. The M94 Mulch layer has a bed shaper for a once over the field operation. Perfect for fields on a slope.

12 NATURAL SEEDER The standard 18 row seeder comes complete with a 0.3mm nozzle bar, glass jar seed collection vacuum cleaner, vacuum reduction adaptor, nozzle cleaning wires, seed stop screws, a set of hexagon wrenches, a sheet metal hole punch for making row spacing plates, three blank row spacing plates, an operators' manual and nylon tubing for compressor and indexer connections. The Natural Seeder will enable you to sow up to 120 trays per hour with an accuracy of 99.9% singulation depending on seed and variety. The newest range of Natural Seeders is air and electrically operated. A compressor with a minimum output of 4 cu.ft/min. (100 1/m) at 80psi (5.5 bar) is recommended. It includes the Pick-up Dwell Control which allows the nozzle bar to dwell in the seed tray for an adjustable pre-determined period, giving the last few seeds of a seeding run the necessary time to be carried into the air flow of the nozzles for pick-up. This system virtually eliminates the "misses" right down to the last few seeds in the tray. It further also gives you the option of multi-sowing.

13 PLUMIHOOD Dosage is controlled by the size nozzle to be used. The patented disc design allows 35cm-width for controlled spraying between plants and crops. The sprayer is powered by 2 alkaline batteries that should last up to 45 hours. It weighs 1.05kg and is comfortable to use, and avoids carrying water and heavy knapsacks. Saves money by not wasting refilling time, accidental drops or dosage mistakes. Pure application of herbicide increases the efficiency of the herbicide, and accelerates the visual signs of the application.
