3 Why Foodnet? Foodnet is the UK s leading specialist international frozen food trading distribution company. Our aim is to ensure that our customers have access to the highest quality, best value ingredients whenever they need them. We specialise in IQF vegetables and fruit and over the last forty five years have built close business relationships with leading ready meal, pizza and soup manufacturers together with the very best foodservice operations. We have established trade routes all over the world, from the Mediterranean to the Far East and from Central America to mainland Europe. Our industry knowledge and forecasting skills mean we take away the risk of forward buying and guarantee continuous delivery through our secure supply chains.
4 QUalitY at the heart of our reliability mediterranean vegetables We have strong connections with Mediterranean countries which mean we can offer a specialist service in produce from these areas. We have been responsible for creating and developing many of the products you see today, such as the tricolour (red, green and yellow) pepper mix, which has proved especially popular with British consumers. Based on an original idea by us, it is now the most popular retail pepper in the world. Here are some more of the products we specialise in: > Peppers > Courgettes > Aubergines > Tomatoes > Onions
