1 Syed Yawar Ali was educated at Aitchison College Lahore and got his Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and Masters in Management Science from Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey (USA). He also completed the Advance Management Program from Harvard Business School in He joined his family business i.e. Packages Limited in 1972 and then became Managing Director of Milk Pak Ltd. In 1988 Milk Pak joined hands with Nestle for a very successful Joint Venture. He has also been on the Board of Directors of State Bank of Pakistan and Chairman of Lahore Electric Supply Company, and Pakistan Dairy Association. He is also Co-Chair of the Pakistan India Joint Business Forum (PIJBF) a committee to Promote Trade with India, and Director, Punjab Power Development Board, Member of United Nations Committee on Contributions, Chairman, Steering Committee of Dairy & Rural Development Foundation. Member, Pakistan Trade and Investment Policy Program and also a member of the Tax Advisory Council, Federal Board of Revenue. Aamir Mirza is an advocate for innovation in agriculture. Mr. Ahmed Sajjad Dairy & Rural Development Foundation Ahmed has fulfilled many leadership roles in the Bovine Nutrition Sector where he has lead the supply chain and the sales departments at different times. He then moved onto contribute in Meat Exports from Karachi post which he accepted his latest role as the of the Dairy & Rural Development Foundation (DRDF). Here he has played an active leadership role in the execution of a $21 Million dairy development project in partnership with USAID and Nestle Pakistan. 4 Dr. Asif Ali Shah is a pioneer in the agriculture sector of Pakistan on various fronts, including Agri business development, operation management, and industry leadership. He holds a reputable track record in establishing a prosperous DuPont pioneer business in Pakistan and headed this organization for over two decades. His team s efforts evolved the hybrid seed industry in Pakistan spanning forages, oil seeds, corn, cotton and rice sectors. He was also instrumental in developing corn silage based cattle feed solutions in South Asia. 7 Mr. Usman Javaid Ricult Inc. Usman Javaid is the founder and of Ricult, a US-based award-winning start up that helps develop tools for smallholder farmers to help them work their way out of poverty. Before, Ricult, Usman was completing his education at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Usman has extensive experience in working with blue organizations like Telenor where he was managing the US$1 Billion GSM portfolio, Nestle, and Engro.
