65 Unit Seven: What do I do if pesticides..

66 What do I do if pesticides get on my clothes or skin? Take the clothes off immediately! Rinse your skin with water immediately! Wash your skin with soap and water. Let your boss know what you got on your skin. If you start to feel sick, seek medical attention right away.

67 What do I do if I, or someone else gets a pesticide in their eyes? Hold your eyes open and rinse them with water for 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.

68 What do I do if I, or someone else swallows a pesticide? Tell somebody immediately! Call poison control, and/or seek medical help if it is faster. Let them know what you (or another person) swallowed. Follow first aid directions on the box or bottle while you wait for medical help.

69 What do I do if I, or someone else breathes in a pesticide and gets sick? Get fresh air! Loosen clothes. If the person has stopped breathing, give them CPR. Ask someone else to seek medical emergency help while CPR is being performed.

70 What do I do if someone loses consciousness in a closed in area? DO NOT GO IN THE CLOSED AREA. GET HELP FROM SOMEONE WITH SPECIAL TRAINING AND A BREATHING MASK. CALL POISON CONTROL AND MEDICAL EMERGENCY HELP.
