A second pilot involving 300 recipients is about to start. The implementation of the recovery grants for Page 1 of 5

2 commercial farmers and fishers has also been initiated, with 32 grants (out of 109) already approved. Progress is also being made with the rehabilitation of cyclone damaged infrastructure for the Livestock, Crops and Fisheries Divisions. Finally, the consultations with the National Disaster Management Office have been initiated, the recruitment of the Disaster Risks Reduction Advisors for agriculture and fisheries has been launched. The project implementation is still at too early a stage to report on observable intermediate outcomes.
