14 Surrounded by beautiful scenery of the special marine reserve in the bay of Lim, we farm sea bass and sea bream under strict ecological standards based on which we were awarded with the following certificates: AB, European certificate for organic production, Bio Siegel and Naturland. The production of organic fish at Cromaris is based on: fish food produced from sustainable raw materials of vegetable and fish origin (GMO-free) farming fish in cages of lower density using low-fat food Available fresh fish sizes: , , (Fish is available whole or gutted&de-scaled) Available fillet sizes: 60-80, , Organic fish is also available in modified atmosphere packaging (gutted&de-scaled). 15 Deli fillets Cromaris smoked sea bass and sea bream fillets are the Adriatic Sea specialties. They have been prepared traditionally, naturally smoked with beech tree smoke and with the addition of authentic Mediterranean spices. Cromaris marinated sea bass and sea bream fillets are seasoned with the mixture of the Mediterranean spices and are not thermally processed. Smoked and marinated products do not contain any preservatives. 15

16 Recognized quality HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) an integrated food safety control system at all stages of production and distribution ISO certificate 9001:2008 (Quality Management System) ISO certificate 14001:2004 (Environmental Management Systems) ISO certificate 22000:2005 (Food safety management systems) FSSC this standard includes the requirements of ISO (Food Safety Management System) and represents its upgrade. IFS Food (International Featured Standard) - ensures a high level of transparency throughout the supply chain of goods, i.e. transport of food. KOSHER certificate - means that food is prepared according to Jewish dietary laws. All our products are covered by this certificate. GLOBAL GAP - Aquaculture Standard sets criteria for legal compliance, for food safety, worker occupational health and safety, animal welfare, and environmental and ecological care. FRIEND OF THE SEA - certificate of sustainable seafood from fisheries and aquaculture The farm in Lim Bay is certified with organic production certificates: EU Organic, Bio Siegel, AB, Naturland and Croatian ECO product 16
