To make the complete growth medium, add the following components to the base medium: fetal bovine serum to a final concentration of 10%. Cell line revival Rapidly thaw cells in a 37 C water bath. Transfer contents into a tube containing prewarmed media. Centrifuge cells and seed into a 25 cm 2 flask containing pre-warmed Subculture Cryopreservation media. Cells are cultured as a monolayer at 37 C in a humidified atmosphere with 5% CO 2. Cells should be passaged 2 to 3 times per week.
