2 STERILINE 9.5 B CLASS The class B sterilization in compliance with EN The STERILINE 9.5 B sterilization systems are the state of the art in the sterilization field. Made out of advanced materials and components, the Steriline sterilization systems combine, in a compact and elegant design, the performances of the most advanced hospital sterilization units. The STERILINE systems are equipped with a powerful vacuum pump which enables the total air expulsion. Thanks to the pump's action, it is possible to sterilize in a reliably way any kind of material, including the internal surfaces of handpieces. Moreover, the pump generates a forced ventilation and a perfect drying up. Complying with what requested by the norms, STERILINE 9.5 B systems can carry out the Bowie & Dick test and the Helix test. The control processes and the rigorous compliance to the norms guarantee the absolute sterilization safety. Take care of your valuable instruments The sterilization systems Dental X have been developed for the sterilization of handpieces and turbines. The air expulsion system allows the saturated steam to penetrate inside the micro-mechanisms and to sterilize all the internal and external surfaces of the instruments. Thanks to the extraordinary precision of the heating system and to the elimination of thermal shocks, the Dental X sterilization systems allow to sterilize in absolute safety handpieces and turbines, loose or wrapped, without any risk of the premature deterioration, often associated with sterilization in low quality autoclaves. Accelerated and balanced heating. Dental X has developed an advanced heating system capable of controlling more accurately the temperature inside the sterilization chamber. The special adhesive electrical resistances guarantee a much higher efficiency than with the classic strip resistances. The possibility to differentially heat-up the resistances below and above enables to better adjust the steam flow and to eliminate thermal variations. Three different temperature sensors allow the control not only of the steam temperature but also of the surface temperature, thus avoiding thermal shocks to the instrumentation placed near the chamber surfaces. The sterilization chamber, made out of nickel plated copper, has a thermal conductance higher than for steel chambers, enabling to a more precise control of the internal temperature. Process Evaluation System The process evaluation system guarantees sterilization safety. The system crosschecks the pressure and temperature parameters to ensure the quality of saturated steam and controls, in a safer way, the functionality of the heating system and chamber pressurization.

3 The state of the art in sterilisation When technology simplifies operation Pre and Post vacuum system The STERILINE 9.5 B systems utilize a powerful pump for the air exhaust. The pump has two important functions: One is to exhaust the air before sterilization in order to guarantee the sterilization efficiency also for the most complicated instruments. In the drying up phase, the pump makes an important ventilation action through a bacteriological filter. Thanks to this action, it is possible to obtain a perfect drying up for any type of load. The drying up is an essential factor in order to preserve the sterility of the wrapped up instruments and is also a requirement of the new norms. Connection to PC or Printer The ability to connect the autoclave to a PC improves the performance. In compliance with international regulations all autoclaves allow the archival of sterilization data directly on a PC through a memory board. In this way, total retrieval of sterilization data is assured, thus eliminating possible human error and exposure to legal risk. The autoclaves can also be supplied with a built-in printer.

The thermal conduction is 10 time higher then stainless steel. Adhesive heating element: increase the thermal transfer and cycles result faster. These heating elements grant a higher reliability. Triple temperature control: Steriline 9.5 B doesn t control only the steam temp but also the chamber surface temperature in order to prevent from overheating instruments positioned near to the chamber. Differentiated control: An advanced software operate a dynamic thermal control that improve steam flows and compensate thermal shocks with great advantages for a reliable and safe handpiece sterilization. Specially designed for handpieces sterilization: all the heating features mentioned above contribute to a fast and safe handpiece sterilization without premature deterioration. Chamber optimization: 4 Special trays and 1 round rack permit to use the complete chamber volume that means to gain 20% more of the chamber volume. Fast drying: Thanks to the heating special features, the drying phase result more efficient and faster without overheating risks. Total automatic: The Steriline 9.5 B is equipped with 7 programs and one free program set by the operator. Troubleshooting, selfdiagnosis, night cycle, cycles counter, remote control and other automatic options make the use of the autoclave very easy for all members of the staff. Traceability: thanks to the built in printer and to the PC connection it is possible to grant the cycle traceability in compliance with the En554 requirements. PC connection: A special PC link and software permit to manage more professionally the complete sterilization process without loss of time. Water control: Steriline B is equipped with two reservoirs and a water control system in order to prevent from the use of hard water. Direct water connection: the new reservoirs have been designed for the direct water connection by using the Purity Or2 in compliance with EN Protection filters: All internal circuits are protected by filters in order to reduce service and maintenance. Vacuum pump: The pump have been designed for work with air, water and steam and therefore grant higher performances and reliability in all work conditions. Cooling system: A double fan and a large radiator permit to cool more efficiently the system and offer higher performances and reliability compared to competition. Professional systems for surgical pack sealing The NEWSEAL system enables surgical instruments and handpieces to be wrapped before being put in the autoclave so as to maintain sterility after sterilisation has been completed. The new sealing system uses a selfregulating heating element which produces a 10 mm seal with no risk of accidentally burning the paper. The technology employed by the NEWSEAL system ensures great reliability and easy and safe use even by any member of staff. The state of the art materials and strict quality control in production and testing provide high performance and the utmost reliability.

5 The sterilization can t be a gamble Direct water connection in compliance with EN 1717 The Steriline 9.5 B is equipped with a double reservoir for clean and wasted water and a water control system in order to prevent technical service. The reservoirs water levels are displayed in the control panel The new reservoirs are designed for a direct connection with the water network in compliance with EN 1717 In order to eliminate the troubles connected with the demineralised water purchase the Steriline 9.5 offer two different options: - Purity OR2 - Demineralizer DX420 Purity OR2 It is an osmotic reverse system equipped with a pump that enable a direct water connection in compliance with norms. With only one cartridge it is possible producing litres of demineralised water (that means sterilization cycles). Demineralizer DX420 For people that doesn t like the direct water connection, it is available the Demineralizer DX420. It is an excellent solution that enable to fill up a reservoir just in few minutes (50 lt/h).

6 STERILINE 9.5 S CLASS The Class S sterilization in compliance with EN The STERILINE 9.5 S is very close to the B model except for the air expulsion system. The STERILINE 9.5 S is equipped with a powerful air expulsion system that is electronically controlled by the onboard computer. As a result, it is possible to safely sterilize all kinds of materials and instruments including handpieces. The STERILINE 9.5 S is also equipped with a dynamic drying pump that, combined with the integrated bacteriological filter enables perfectly dry load that is safe for patient and staff. The STERILINE 9.5 S uses a sophisticated electronic system capable of measuring steam saturation and controlling the evacuation of air inside the chamber. The system enables the exhaust of more than 98% of all existing air within the chamber, offering performance similar to systems equipped with a Vacuum pump.
