1 Technical Data Sheet 1/7 General information / The aluminium and stainless steel butterfly valves are developed and produced by RICO Sicherheitstechnik AG. / All butterfly valves are 100% gastight and have been tested according to DIN 3230 BO leak rate 1. / DIN EN leak rate 1 / DIN / DN 1946 / DIN EN 1751 class 4 / The test results are set down in a test report and are available to the customer. / Available nominal widths DN80 to DN1000. Nominal widths > DN1000 on request. / Connection dimensions according to RICO standard. / Great flexibility thanks to a wide choice of drive solutions. / PERFEKT (test groove) or Standard version. Additional features for butterfly valves in plastic: / Good to very goof chemical resistance thanks to plastic butterfly valve and V4A axle. / Optimised pressure drop. / Lightweight design thanks to plastic housing and butterfly. Version Name Description Type O / Butterfly valves without drive, with free shaft end. / Mounting face for drive provided by customer according to ISO 5211 F05. / Interface for drive according to customer requirements (cylindrical shaft end or square). Type H / Butterfly valves with hand lever oder hand gear for manual actuation. Type E / Butterfly valve with electric drive. / Drives for single and double acting. Type P / Butterfly valves with pneumatic drive. / Drives for single and double acting.

2 Technical Data Sheet 2/7 PERFEKT in detail / All Butterfly valves include the PERFEKT system. The PERFEKT system can be checked for a 100 % seal at any time using a hand pump with pressure gauge. Test pressure is built up by means of a control groove set into the housing. The gasket on the butterfly ensures that no pressure can escape.
