The company s strength lies in its ability of Mass Production, procuring the best raw material from our diverse resources apart from also maintaining a healthy and symbiotic relationship between our very elementary resource to our last consumer. For past 10 years we have been using and developing technology to manufacture the best Quality Rice in the our facility which is located in the home of Basmati Rice, the paddy fields in the foothills of Himalayas, Haryana, India. Jasmer Foods is an ISO certified company, designed to meet highest international food standards (using only fibre sheets for windows, the entire flooring is made of food grade tiles, double doors are installed at all inlets and exits to prevent any birds and pests from entering the production area etc.). The plant machinery is fully atomized which has been designed and made by Buhler (Germany) to process rice with zero human touch and further helps us meet the customer requirement with zero variation. All the bucket elevators in the plant are made by Schmidt Seeger (Germany) which helps us process the product with minimal damage.

It is remarkably long for a rice, and becomes longer still when cooked. It can be either brown or white with the brown variety having more nutrients. When cooked, the rice is lighter and more fluffy than standard white rice, and does not stick together. 07/08

10 Our Story we select this unique, fragrant & delicate basmati grain from over 10,000 independent farmers whom we know by name. using methods handed down through generations they hand-tend their crop in the himalayan foothills, the only place on earth where pure basmati can be grown.

11 Basmati is known as the Prince of rice, and means the fragrant one due to its fragrant aroma. The unique aroma and nutty taste of Basmati has been described as sunbaked wood and flowers. It is reliant on specific climatic conditions in the lead-up to harvest time when the cool misty nights give way to warm Autumn days. The long, pure, slender grains have a delicious taste and delicate texture. Like fine wine, Basmati flavour matures with age. From June to November the farmers cultivate their Basmati crop. The work starts with the preparation, seed-broadcasting, the removal of saplings and their transplanting, followed by weeding, harvesting and threshing all is done by hand. The rice then arrives at the JASMER Mill. Here every grain is meticulously cleaned and milled. Broken and discoloured grains are removed immediately to guarantee that only the finest rice reaches you. 09/10

We have Installed the latest technology available for rice production - A 7.5 TPH high-speed completely automated Buhler plant. Length Graders with torque support and accident-proof guard from M/S Schmidt Seeger, (Germany). Pre-Cleaners from M/S Schmidt Seeger- Very aggressive in Cleaning of Rice and Paddy grain due to its linear and rotary motion. Bucket Elevators with Run Back Protection System and Zero speed sensor and Chain Conveyors with overflow safety device with choke flap and choke switch from Schmidt Seeger. Z+4 VX Sortex Machine with Ultrasort facility by Buhler (London). Flow Balancers from Buhler (Germany). De-stoners, Automatic chute adjusting Husker, Large husk aspirator, Paddy Separator, Thick & Thin sizer, Vertical Whiner Water Jet Polishers from M/S Buhler. Parboiling Dryers with a capacity of 160 MT paddy per day. A special steaming plant is an integral part of this parboiling Dryer. Win CoS based SCADA PLC System from M/S Buhler.
