2 Research Interest: 1) Thesis Work: Method Development and Validation for simultaneous estimation of fluoroquinolone antibiotics (Levofloxacin, Moxifloxacin, Lomefloxacin & Sparfloxacin) by RP- HPLC Analytical Method. 2) A Stability-Indicating HPLC-PDA Method for Simultaneous Determination of Paracetamol, Caffeine, Ibuprofen and their Degradation Products in Solid Dosage Forms. PharmTech Res. 2015; 5(5)] Working Experience: 1) Development and optimization of formulation for Oral Solid Dosage Forms for ANDA submission. 2) Formulation development on QbD approach through DOE. 3) Formulation Development of various dosage forms like- tablets, capsules, bilayered tablets, compression coated tablets, Nasal Spray, Cream, Ointment, Suspension and Injectable. 4) Developed MDI products for Ciclesonide SKUs 5) Optimization of Insulin Aspart crystallization and formulation development of Insulin Aspart Injections (both regular & bi-phasic) 6) Worked for manufacturing process development and optimization of Insulin Human SKUs 7) Launched 24 new products of various dosage forms. 8) Analytical method development and validation of finished products.
