3 Customisable Inspection Sheets Automatic Reoccurring Diary Booking AIT CW provides the ability to create custom safety inspection sheets so you can tailor your library to the type of equipment you inspect CUSTOMISABLE INSPECTION SHEETS Allows you to quickly create a reoccurring booking for a vehicle AUTOMATIC REOCCURRING DAIRY BOOKING For example, separate inspections sheets can be created for trailers, lifts, coaches, cranes, etc. Whenever a safety inspection is completed it s stored with the vehicle history for life and can be recalled anytime. Here you can quickly create an inspection schedule for a customer s vehicle. Create all of the reoccurring appointments in your diary for a set date and time, then use the inspection planner to send the schedule on to the customer. You can easily modify the schedule at any time for a single appointment. Inspection Planner Electronic Diary The inspection planner clearly displays all upcoming bookings for a customer INSPECTION PLANNER Our diary handles all of your current and future jobs, but more than this, you can also see a live status of your work in progress ELECTRONIC DIARY It includes all vehicles assigned to their account. It can be ed and sent to the customer to display on their wall, import into their diary, or even sent to the DVSA. The planner can be exported as PDF, Excel or CSV file or instantly be attached to an . 6 ADDITIONAL MODULES TechTime We re on hand when you need us. We re based in the UK, and because we ve developed all the software we sell, we re perfectly placed to keep you up and running. We use a remote support tool to access your system, and this means that you can see everything that we do to your PC. It s great for talking you through any new feature of our software, or allowing us to make a fix; without having to walk you through complex changes. Our support team are available from Monday - Friday, 9.00am pm (excluding public holidays). Support is offered for the use of all our software products. We ve got your back! Backing up your data is a necessary evil. Your software stores everything you need to run your business, and we ve got the perfect solution that requires no effort from you. Our cloud backup service will securely store your data, and better still, it ll even backup when you re using the software! We ll monitor your backups, and ensure that you have the latest copy in the event of a total disaster, or if your PC goes on the blink. TECHTIME TechTime is a touch screen friendly application that works with a mouse and keyboard, or a touch screen PC The technician can then simply select their name and job, and clock on. Once completed the technician can select their name again and clock off, easy! The data captured allows AutoInTouch to apply the hours worked on the task, produce detailed efficiency reports, track non-productive activities such as lunch and tea breaks, plus lateness. Workshop managers have complete control and can amend the data if required. It provides a valuable insight into which technicians are performing well and whether labour is being under or oversold. It can also save valuable time calculating technician hours for payroll etc.
