2 CCMS The is a set of tools used to setup and manage an entire recreation center. The suite is highly scalable from small operations to large multi-building campuses. It provides one set of tools and reports for managing retail sales, venue reservations and activity/program registration. Whether you need to sign up for a class, buy a latte, or check out a basketball, CCMS does it all. 3 Hardware Fully Integrated Kiosk/ Cash Register The CCMS Kiosk was designed to allow your frontline staff an intuitive user interface to complete sales, fill program registrations, record facility entry, manage basic customer information, and generally provide better communications with your guests. The CCMS Kiosk uses a touch screen, and has integrated features like Credit Card reader, bar code scanning, receipt printing and much more. Hardware Included CPU Touch Screen Monitor Built-In Receipt Printer Credit Card Swiper Barcode Scanner Web Camera Keyboard Customer Display Cash Drawer Express Entry Kiosk The CCMS Express Entry kiosk provides your guests with a quick point of entry. It provides you with the peace of mind that only valid members or program participants are entering your facility. You can also rest easy in the fact that the person passing your welcome desk is truly the person that belongs to the scanned membership account. Hardware Included CPU Monitor Scanner(s) When the customer approaches an Express Kiosk, they scan their membership card. When the barcode is read, and they have a valid account, their photo will flash on the monitor for verification by staff. When the barcode is read and they have an invalid account, the screen shows no photo and reads See Attendant. If you restrict entry via a turnstile, we can integrate this Kiosk to trigger the release mechanism in the turnstile. (Use of an Express Entry kiosk requires that you have a minimum of 1 fully integrated kiosk onsite)

4 CCMS Software Suite Includes CCMS Kiosk User Interface The CCMS Kiosk is the point of sale user interface, also sometimes referred to as a Cash Register. Functions available via the Kiosk: Point of Sale, Member Entry into Facility, Info lookup for Members, Equipment Check Out, Employee Time Keeping, Programming Information, Snapshot of Today s Activities, & Administrative HR functions with correct access rights. CCMS Recreation Management Software (RMS) The CCMS Rec Management Software (RMS) application allows your local center to manage all aspects of their Rental Files, Class Files, and Customer Files. This is the most commonly used CCMS Application. Uses include: entering customer data, adding events to the calendar, scheduling and pricing rentals, entering new program offerings, viewing class rosters, running reports, and so much more. CCMS Administration CCMS Administration is the Application that allows you to set up the infrastructure of the Kiosk and Cash Register. In this application you can: Set prices on memberships and concession items, create coupons, manage membership discounts, create Punch Card packages, set parameters for classes, add rental a la carte items, add equipment items, create survey questions, manage the Venue list, set kiosk modules, and assign most general ledger numbers.

5 CCMS Software Suite Includes CCMS Register Session CCMS Register Session is used in Community Centers that adhere to Blind Closing policies for cash handling. This application allows a manager to enter the cash till totals into CCMS from their PC. It also allows them to print register balance reports from a PC. CCMS Personnel CCMS Personnel is the Application that handles Time Keeping and Kiosk Access Rights. It functions for both Employee and Volunteer time keeping. Employee and Volunteer Badges are given out, and both can clock in and out, at any onsite Kiosk. Time Sheets can be adjusted by HR Staff.
