The proliferation of diverse systems has lead to disconnected islands of data resident within individual agencies. Today, as a consequence, IT departments need to work with many different existing applications and existing platforms to service their agency s changing mission. Using Micro Focus, we saved both time and money. Original estimates on developing a new system were $900,000.
