THE CHALLENGE Our customer wanted to implement their vision of digitally transforming from a traditional model that was costly, risky and lacked operational process controls. Building a new digital application platform from scratch would take a year and close to half a million USD. This was compounded by almost 6 months to 1 year to develop a service.
