Procedure containing steps to complete the transaction- The mandatory and conditional fields of the transaction are explained in the procedure. 6 Payment Notification Inquiry 3. Payment Notification Inquiry Using this option, seller can view the payments made by the buyer, where buyer is the customer of the bank. The seller can view the value dated payments details done by the buyer. To inquire about payment notifications 1. From the Supply Chain Management menu, select Payment Notification Inquiry. The Payment Notification Inquiry screen appears. Payment Notification Inquiry Field Buyer s Customer Id From Date To Date Amount From Amount To Displays the customer id of the buyer. [Optional, Pick List] Indicates the value start date as a search criteria for searching the payment details specified in File Types: B0004 and N0001. [Optional, Pick List] Indicates the value end date as a search criteria for searching the payment details specified in File Types: B0004 and N0001. [Optional, Numeric, 13, Two] Indicates the initial amount for within which the payment has been done by the buyer. [Optional, Alphanumeric, 13, Two] Indicates the amount for within which the payment has been done by the buyer. 2. Search. The Payment Notification Inquiry screen appears. 10 Purchase Order Details 4. Purchase Order Details This Inquiry function allows the Seller to view the Purchase Order details given by the Buyer Assignment: This is the First step of the two step process for getting the Purchase Orders financed by the bank. It requires earmarking of Purchase Order to be financed. To view the purchase order detail 1. From the E Factoring menu, select Purchase Order Details. The Purchase Order Details screen appears. Purchase Order Field Primary Customer Id Buyer Name Displays the primary customer id. [Mandatory, Drop-Down] Indicates the buyer name. 2. From the Buyer s Name list, select the appropriate option. 3. 11 Purchase Order Details Column Buyer s Id Value Date Amount Displays the customer Id of the buyer. Displays value date on which payment has been made. Displays the payment amount. The options mentioned below are applicable for records of purchase order details transaction. To enable the word wrap in the columns, select the Word Wrap check box. Batch Number [Optional, Alphanumeric, 15] Indicates the batch number. Amount [Optional, Numeric, 15] Indicates the amount. Value Date [Optional, Pick List] Indicates the value date of the payment. 6. 15 Draw Down Details 5. Draw Down Details Using this option, seller can initiate a draw down. This function allows the seller to specify the draw down amount required for financing from the bank. The draw down details is e- mailed to the pre-notified ids of the bank user/s. This function displays only the list of purchase orders which are assigned by the seller. To initiate a draw down 1. From Supply Chain Management menu, select Draw Down Details. The Draw Down Details screen appears. Drawdown Field Primary Customer Id Primary Customer Name Buyer Name Displays the primary customer id. Displays the primary customer name. [Mandatory, Drop-Down] Indicates the buyer name. 2. This is OBDX reference number when the user initiates assignment request. Displays the name of the buyer. Displays the date on which the invoice was assigned. Displays the amount of the invoice. The options mentioned below are applicable for records of draw down details transaction. To enable the word wrap in the columns, select the Word Wrap check box. Customize Columns to reorder the columns or select the columns that appear in the draw down transactions list. Download to download all or selected columns in the draw down transactions list. You can download the list in PDF, XLS, QIF, OFX and MT940 formats. 17 Stock Agent Transaction Inquiry 6. Stock Agent Transaction Inquiry Using this option, a corporate user can view the account and transaction details of the linked Investors. The number is specified in the company code field in the customer profile. This company code belongs to the specified customer ID. The company code has a linkage with the investor s account numbers in the banks. To inquire about stock agent transaction 1. From Stock Agent menu, select Stock Agent Transaction Inquiry. The Stock Agent Transaction Inquiry screen appears. Stock Agent Transaction Inquiry Field Customer ID Investors Account No and Currency Inquiry Type [Mandatory, Drop-Down] Indicates the customer Id. [Optional, Alphanumeric, 15] Indicates the investor's account number and currency. [Optional, Drop-Down] Indicates the inquiry type. The options are: Success Failure 2. In the Customer Id field, enter the customer Id. 3. Search. The Stock Agent Transaction Inquiry screen with the search results appears. 18 Stock Agent Transaction Inquiry Stock Agent Transaction Inquiry Column Investors Account No Investor's Name Sales Code Transaction Amount Available Amount Insufficient Amount Displays the investor's account number. Displays the investor's name. Displays the agent's code through whom the transaction is performed. Displays the transaction amount. Displays the available amount in the investor's account. Displays the insufficient amount in the investor's account. The options mentioned below are applicable for records of stock agent transaction. To enable the word wrap in the columns, select the Word Wrap check box. Customize Columns to reorder the columns or select the columns that appear in the stock agent transaction list. Download to download all or selected columns in the stock agent transaction list. You can download the list in PDF, XLS, QIF, OFX and MT940 formats. 20 Investor's Account Inquiry 7. Investor's Account Inquiry Using this option, you can view the account balance details of the linked investor. To inquire investor's account 1. From Stock Agent menu, select Investors Account Inquiry. The Investors Account Inquiry screen appears. Investor's Account Inquiry Field Inquiry Type [Mandatory, Drop-Down] Indicates the inquiry type. The options are: Stock Agent Future Agent Stock Agent Code [Conditional, Numeric, 15] Indicates the stock agent code. To enable this field, select the Stock Agent option form the Inquiry Type list. Investor s Customer Id Investor s Account No Currency [Optional, Numeric, 10] Indicates the customer id of the investor. [Optional, Numeric, 10] Indicates the account number of the investor. [Optional, Drop-Down] Indicates the currency. 2. From the Inquiry Type list, select the appropriate option. a. If you select Stock Agent option: i. To inquire investor's account opening status 1. From Stock Agent menu, select Investor s Account Opening Inquiry. The Investor s Account Opening Inquiry screen appears. Investor's Account Opening Inquiry Field Primary Customer ID Primary Customer Name Displays the primary customer Id. Displays the primary customer name. Stock Agent Code [Mandatory, Numeric, 15] Indicates the stock agent code. Currency Type Account Open Date From Account Open Date To [Mandatory, Drop-Down] Indicates the currency type. The options are: LCY FCY [Optional, Pick List] Indicates the start date of account opening. [Optional, Pick List] Indicates the account open to date. 2. 24 Investor's Account Opening Inquiry 4. Submit. The Investor Account Opening Inquiry screen with search results appears. Investor's Account Opening Inquiry Column Stock Agent Code Account Modified Date and Time Investor's Customer ID Investor's Name Investors Account No Currency Account Branch Status Displays the stock agent code. Displays the account modified date and time. Displays the investor's customer ID. Displays the investor's name. Displays the investor s account number. Displays the currency.
