Examples of IMS involvement Consulting on Performance Based Contracting and RCM IMS provided independent consultancy to a leading infrastructure asset manager on the implementation of Performance Based Contracting and the application of the RCM (Reliability Centered ) methodology to define and optimize maintenance strategy and plans. Optimizing operations & maintenance of wind parks IMS supported asset owners in the wind energy sector with the optimization of the Operations & (O&M). This included the definition of the O&M strategy over the lifetime and implementation of a control room supporting daily O&M activities, condition monitoring and lifetime. Digitized maintenance and improvement of availability For a leading multinational IMS introduced digitized maintenance, supported by IMS s independent, shared control tower concept. Data gathered in the control tower was used to optimize the maintenance plans and shift from preventive to predictive maintenance, leading to significant more yield and uptime.
