3 Cash Inquiry 2 1. Introduction The Cash Inquiry App is one of the most popular apps on Deutsche Bank s Autobahn App Market. The Autobahn App Market is a new delivery model for Deutsche Bank s electronic products and services. It showcases how applications across asset classes and regions can be combined into one holistic offering to provide users with fully integrated access from cash and liquidity management, to trade finance to securities, all the way through to research, updates and information services. As part of Deutsche Bank s innovative Digital Service Management Apps, Cash Inquiry allows clients fast and cost-effective transaction research as they gain real-time insights on their USD, GBP, EUR, or multicurrency high value payments and receipts. Cash Inquiry also facilitates quick and efficient online case creation and correspondence with Deutsche Bank. The app provides instant status updates on the progress of USD/EUR/GBP inquiries and permits clients to generate an inquiry without sending a separate SWIFT or making a call to local customer service. Using a detailed online MIS to streamline operational processes, the Cash Inquiry App provides enhanced security using the latest PKI standards, smartcards and digipasses to initiate amendments, cancellations or returns of payment instructions. Key features include: Transaction Research: Faster, cost-effective analysis (real-time access to USD/EUR/GDP transaction and payment history back to 6 months) Interactive Case Creation: Faster, secure, cost effective inquiry tracking and resolution (majority of standard cases from transaction history processed automatically with central access point for multiinquiry reconciliation) Compensation Calculator: Proactive compensation information: facilitates estimates prior to initiating a case to enable you to determine benefit of case Information Service: delivers tools to maximize efficiency inquiry and resolution information provides focus on key areas of improvement for both, clients and Deutsche Bank.

4 3 Cash Inquiry 2. How to access Cash Inquiry The Cash Inquiry app is accessible via our Autobahn App Market, Deutsche Bank s electronic distribution channel for a broad range of the bank s electronic products and services: ( Once you have accessed the Autobahn App Market, click on Browse Apps. The Cash Inquiry app will appear in the Cash Management Category.

5 Cash Inquiry 4 Click on Add to my apps under Cash Inquiry. This will place the Cash Inquiry App under the My Apps tab for quick access going forward. Then click Launch under Cash Inquiry to launch the App.

6 5 Cash Inquiry The Cash Inquiry landing page will appear as per below. You are now ready to start utilizing the new app. You may click on Settings / Help to launch the user guide. Alternatively, you can access user guides and other relevant information from the Autobahn Support and FAQ app. 3 Quick Facts Overview Cash Inquiry After you have launched Cash Inquiry, you are on the Dashboard page where the following main functions are immediately available for you: Access to all functionalities via the left navigation 2 Panel to look for payment transactions 3 Cases search

7 Cash Inquiry 6 4 Summary of 10 most recent cases. cases that the logged in user created. The following shall be presented in the summary: Inquiry Type- Inquiry type of the case. Update Action- Action taken on the case. Following are the update actions: Case Assigned- When a Non Authenticated case is created or when an Authenticated case receives the Final approval and sent to the Cash Ops team. Case Closed- When a case is closed. Case Re-Opened- When a case is Re-opened. Incoming Msg. Received- When a new incoming message is received into the case. Outgoing Msg. Sent - When an outgoing message is sent by the Cash Ops team. Transaction Processed- When a transaction is effected by the Cash Ops team. Case/Msg. Awaiting Approval- When a case/message is awaiting approval within Cash inquiry. Case/Msg. Disapproved- When a case/message is disapproved within Cash inquiry. Case Number- Case Number-Product Area of the case. Inquiry Amount/Currency- Inquiry Amount followed by the currency of the case. Date- Last updated action date. Clicking on one of the items should show the case detail view with a breadcrumb navigation option to go back to the Dashboard. A refresh buttons shall be shown in this screen, which should allow to refresh the list of cases. 5 Compensation calculator.
